The staff are really nice but it's not as exciting as I thought it would be... They teach where chocolate originated etc... But their is no amazing chocolate displays basically its nothing like Charlie and the chocolate factory the only nice thing is a 10min carriage ride whuch takes you through a tunnel with turns and exciting displays but that's it really....

Overpriced and underdelivers. My kids were very disappointed. They didn't get to see how the chocolate was made or the chocolate bars. The food was way overpriced. Hardly worth 5 pounds let alone 16.

The tour is good and the staff on the tour are very friendly and helpful not so the catering though. The food is very poor quality for a very high price. Shame on you Cadbury for allowing this.

Great attraction! Loved the 3d ride but felt it should be longer or at least allowed to have another go in not busy times. The giving of the chocolate bars and little chocolate cup was great. The shop is great and not overpriced either. There's a big outdoor area which is fab. Deffo worth a visit and we'll be coming back soon!

A nice day out, but it was disappointing that you don't get to see more of the actual process behind making the chocolate. There was lots on the history (very interesting), and lots to keep a child's attention, but only videos of mass producing chocolate. Worth the price.

Fantastic touristic place for both children and adults. We like the history with panels and rides. Our Ghanaian group cheered when they mentioned Ghana as top importer. Also we enjoyed the museum and 4D adventure ride.

It was ok, bit if a cattle farm, you walk round learning about the history, towards the end you can have a sample of chocolate liqure, with toppings, not bad but miles better stuff to do with your money, also kids found it a bit boring, what 4-7 year old want to be educated about history, when all they want to do is eat it

Wow, kids do enjoya fantastic time. Forget kids adults also enjoy when the history is told through varios shows, models. The most interesting is the handling chocolate live and it does adds a good experience.

Lived the rd show too.

Well what can I say 4d experience was good, but the rest was pretty rubbish My children age 5 and 9 were disappointed, really not worth the money that it costs ! Only given chocolate at two points of the tour. So yeah wasnt brilliant wont be coming back.

Seemed really well organised in this post CoVid land we live in now, hand sanitizers everywhere. Pretty good attractions for the price. Only downside is the food, crazy expensive for what it is.Good for younger kids.

Unfortunately Its not the same as it used to be as i remember going back 10+ years ago you can no longer see chocolate being packaged up or going along the belts just empty equipment due to they moved production to else where which was disappointing the bean car ride is the same as it was 10+ years ago not much been done to it only good part was the shop but some prices are not that better off to a normal supermarket they need to really look into improving it and making it how it used to be

A great place for children and adults too! Very good value for money compared to many 'attractions' particularly if you book your tickets online and free on-site parking to boot! Be prepared to carry around a bag full of products which are given to you on entry AND there's additional sampling on the tour round! However, like lots of similar places, "exit through the gift shop" which is a bit on the costly side...with the exception of chocolate and lots of it!!

It's a good attraction with plenty to recommend it, but marred by crowds, cost and some needless profiteering. It certainly isn't cheap to get in, which doesn't seem entirely right when you consider that you're effectively subjecting More

Good fun. We got there early and did the character breakfast. Well worth it as you get fast pass into the attractions. Was relatively quiet first thing but busy when we left. Well worth a look.

Disappointed!!!!!!!!!!! Disappointed! !!!!!!!! Disappointed! !!!!!!!!!!! So much to tell about how they got rich!!!!! You only see pictures on the walls and someone taking a chocolate egg to a box?? Entrance fees so expensive to receive only 3 litle chocolates that they cost 20p in the shops. And in web reviews says LOTS of freebies to take home ( up to 2 bags)??? could at least given a milk dairy chocolate as they make so much publicity. Not a good experience at all. DONT GO THERE... spend your money in your family. Google how the chocolate is made unstained and with the money of travel and entrance fees you can buy cheaper chocolate in the pound land the same as they sell in there. They put offers on the shelf, then in the till, when you pay they add charge of tax on top????? CADBURY WORLD IS A RIP OFF.

Thr staff were amazing and friendly and helpful but unfortunately not very knowledgeable about allergies and ingredients of their products...don't go in a holiday as it is packed to the rafters!

All the history of Cadbury in detail lots of interactive displays and sit down shows where seats move with special efforts, kids big(grown ups) and small will enjoy it as there is plenty for them to do, an enjoyable ride, a play area and 4D cinema, and of course there is plenty of chocolate, and the Cadbury shop to.

Total waste of time and money, our exceptions was way higher.

One of the staff was rude when we saw the caution sign which was requesting us to ask a crew member, we were concerned and we didn t know what to expected, his answer was it is up to you and read the sign with disrespected reaction!

Not recommended. Save your time and money

Wonderful place, plenty of variety for young and old alike. Great history and - WOW - the quality of the food at the restaurant. Burgers to die for and the pulled pork cheesy chips. Hmmmm. 4D cinema, factory tour, children's ride, history show, chocolate a-plenty, activities for children, plenty to see and learn about. Get there early and spend the day. If the weather is good there's a great outdoor play area too. Free parking to boot. Well recommended, and easy to find, well signposted.

Tour great - Shame about afternoon tea. Tour was good and freebies made it better. The warm chocolate was brilliant. Food was good but the organisation was poor considering it was half empty in cafe and only four groups were having afternoon tea.

Our family spent a wonderful day at Cadbury World which, despite it now being in American hands, still retains the air of a family business; as though it were still in the hands of the Cadbury family.

The outdoor attractions went down a storm with my two daughters; both of whom adored the outdoor play facilities, which alone could have kept them occupied for half a day!

Moving indoors Cadbury World is just as I remember it from a past visit (many years ago now!), and is a chocolate lovers paradise. The tour is of course the main attraction, and this can comfortably last a couple of hours (not to mention the frequent opportunities to 'test' Cadbury's finest); but like all good tours, they ease visitors through the gift shop before waving them a fond farewell. However, unlike other gift shops the Cadbury World shop is the 'supreme being' of gift shops; a world of discounted chocolate and pocket money gifts.

We will visit again!

I was bored out my skull the whole way round, my little one liked the free sample of chocolate (of course) and the interactive room was good for him but the actual factory went too quick and wasn't very fun.

Right from bournville station you can trace the factory just buy the fragrance of chocolate, bliss for chocolate lovers like me, I loved the experience and the different variety available for purchase.

It would be nice if they introduced a section where one could try making our own blend of chocolate...
