A brilliant day out for children and adults! Innovative, engaging, and inclusive exhibits (including screens with a sign language interpreter) which tell the story of chocolate and the Cadbury company, which has a fascinating history. Of More

My 5 y o loved the Halloween show, and 4d adventure, as well as walking through the experience, they were chuffed to bits tasting the melted chocolate, and the Cadabra ride was also a hit (perhaps not so exciting for oldr children). All the staff we spoke to were extremely helpful, and the social distancing and cleaning measures were spot on.

Exceeded my expectations! Went here about 25 years ago and had fond memories, so visited again as an adult and had a great time. They really have made this into a fun filled chocolate haven. So many interactive things to do and the shop at the end was reasonably priced too!

They really need to have the tour go around a working line again. I missed the wonderful cocoa butter smell. I did find it again by walking outside to another part of the plant. Other than that.... Chocolate!

wasnt sure what to expect at first and the kids didnt think much of the first 20 minutes or so but by the end of the experience they were buzzing (maybe intoxicated on chocolate?? ) but they had a good time and wanted to come back

Lovely place with lots of historical information. Unfortunately because of the relocation of some of the factory items the exhibition hall showing the machines that make the chocolate is closed, but the rest was great fun

Crowded, expensive, like going to an airport. Endured a cynical "educational" feature delivered by a bored guy. Who called the audience "guys" every 10 seconds.Bought an overpriced stuffed toy.Go to a park or playground, buy the kids some extra chocolate and tell them how it is made. You will save a fortune, they will have an equally nice or better time.

Nice

Had a lovely afternoon here. Staff were very nice. Couldn't do enough for us. Loved the way the tour was done. Also the surprise when u are sitting on the bench. Well worth a visit. Food was good as well.

Bit of a difficult review. Being Cadbury World, you have a certain expectation of what it's going to be like.....seeing the chocolate bars running through conveyor belts, chocolate themed rides and a little more towards Willy Wonka's factory than the local paper mill.

It did have a ride, which was pretty simple animations but a cute story. You have the treetop type adventure playground, which is outside and open to the public, so the main crux of the experience is walking around the old factory (not the factory that manufactures anything we buy today), and taking in some infotainment shows about chocolate.

The shop is cool, and you can get some good gifts (although the quality of the logo on the epitomous chocolate chunk mug is appealing), but overall it's not really worth the money and, as we felt, you've been once and that's it!

Hats off to the staff who were very friendly and out on a good show. It needs a bit more of a modern theme design than it is unfortunately.

Awesome place, the attractions are constantly changing so there's always something new and different to do. I took my daughter who was on a teacher training day really really in the morning, which was great as we had the place to ourselves and were told that there were 21 schools coming a little later! I think if we'd had to wait while a load of screaming kids messed about it would have ruined the experience but we had an amazing time eating and tempering chocolate, writing our names in chocolate and going on the rides. The shop is full of bargains but take a packed lunch for anything savoury! Well worth a visit

Great day out. Learnt a lot about how chocolate is really made. Can become a bit exspesive with add-on items after buying tickets, but just adds to the experience. I was also not allowed to take my guide dog in certain areas for hygiene reasons, but I can't understand why, because everything was heavily behind glass and we never got very close to anything. I don't understand how the bottoms of my feet are cleaner than my guide dogs paws but that didn't ruin the experience!

Cadbury world is a great day out centered mainley for the little people! And the young at heart lol. Bit dissapointed at no display of making any chocolate and hardly any chocolate tasting! and photos you have taken are overpriced! But you dont have to buy them. Lovely day out though, not something you would go back to once experienced.

Loved the historical aspect of the tour. They stuff you with chocolate and although it is really long, the events are spliy up so you can take a break if needed. So happy with our day spent here! FYI: Best appreciated by over 5 yrs old and long walks for elderly persons plus a long queue for the "ride" with no seating.
