Great day out. Lots of things to see and do for young and old. You only see part of the factory behind plastic walls but lots of information given in a number of ways. You get a couple of chocolate bars as well. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great cafe with some chocolate themed hot meals. Well worth a visit. If going on a school day go in the afternoon as always busy with school groups in the morning. In holidays recommend going early. You need to book your time in advance online or on the phone but can buy tickets on the day if quiet.
