This was one of the best car buying experiences I ve ever had. Everything was quick and efficient, just like I like it.

I got a price online from Felishea who provided a fair price. I continued to shop around and got a slight better price from another nearby dealership but Cabe Toyota offers 10 years of free oil changes which is literally worth hundreds of dollars so I was willing to pay a little more over the dealership that didn t offer that.

I spoke with Felishea who came within about $400 of the other dealers price.

Now comes the best part... I made an appointment with Felishea to see her about an hour later at 4:30pm. She told me she would have the car ready for me. I was running late and arrived around 4:45 but texted her to let her know. She replied No worries. When I got there I could see my new car parked in front.

Felishea had all the paperwork ready to go. I filled everything out, did the credit application and she got me over to finance in about 20 to 30 minutes to finish the paperwork. Over in finance I dealt with Dwayne who explained my financing options all as a matter of fact. No upselling or pushiness. I had the option of 1.9% at 60 months or a $1500 rebate. I decided it was better to pay 2.89% through my credit union and take advantage of the $1500 rebate which lowered my monthly payment by $15.

Once we were all done I looked at the time and it was 5:38pm. I asked We re done? Dwayne said We re done. We just need to get your car. This was great! No gimmicky ringing of the bell, no balloons. I wanted to be in and out and they delivered.

Felishea came back and said the car was still being washed so I had to had a few minutes to wait. After about 8 minutes Felishea said my car was ready. I had to get some stuff from my old car and move it to my new car but by the time I was done and driving off the lot it was 6:01pm.

I couldn t be happier with a one hour car buying experience. I thought I d be there at least 2 hours. This was great! This is facilitated by being able to review the dealer inventory, knowing what you want and choosing your car before arriving at the dealership so obviously not everyone will have as fast as purchase but if you know what you want this is the place to go.
