They found a part for my new phone that nobody else could

Couldn t handle taking screws out of the back of a laptop. Not sure the point of this business considering they can t fix simple problems.

Went in to buy a used phone for $150. They volunteered that they could fix mine for $49. That's good ethics!

ByteForce Tech Pros were very professional, and friendly. They fixed the screen on my ipad air 2 very quickly, and were the most reasonably priced shop in Bowling Green. I highly recommend!

Unfortunately my experience with ByteForce was not good and I can't recommend buying from them. The phone I got from them was filled with the previous customer contacts, wallpapers etc. The keypad would not work and pages would not scroll. When I tried to do the factory reset, the phone was locked and I could not unlock it. When I called to see if they would send me another one they said that the calibration of the phone was off and it stated that in the ebay ad. I don't remember seeing that or I would not have bought the phone. I was told they would not return the phone or refund the money. My lost, but be aware if you have problems they may not work with you to correct the problem and make you happy.

I fixed my phone there a couple times and They always do their best and they get it done fast n quick

Best price in town for service. Had to have the screen in my iPhone 5s replaced. The guys had me in and out in less than an hour. Thy spent along time making sure it was the screen that was bad and not another component so I wouldn't waste my money on a screen replacement I didn't need. Quick service and repair. However, I paid the extra money for the premium phone screen repair and was told that it would be close to the factory made apple screen. When I got my phone back, the poorer quality and resolution of the screen was very noticeable from the start. It also wasn t as responsive as the original screen. This problem has worsened since I just put a screen protector on. I don t want to jump to conclusions, but it s almost like I paid for the premium, but got the standard screen. Anyone else had this problem??

They made our phone even worse!!!! The front camera won t work anymore for face scan, lines still appear, glitches out! These ppl do not not what they are doing! Do not go here!

Went there to get my iPhone 6 screen fixed and it may be my eyes but this screen looks twice as good as the brand new factory screen. These people are very good at what they do and would only recommend them for screen replacement and electronic repair
