Majority of staff are friendly, but not all. Some grocery products are expensive. their bread is really very delicious and fresh, also they have big variety for international and organic food.

Awsome supermarket with great prices and friendly staff

Quite good. Nice staff. But the petrol discount voucher can only be used at the local petrol station. Not much use to us when we live 40 minutes drive away.

Excellent, big, well lit, well stocked supermarket.

Huge range not the cheapest. Great flower dept. Great deli range.

The door is open from 7 am. The stuff is cheap and the staff is friendly.

How i always love to go to Rotatuna New World.
The most Hygienic SUPERMARKET i have been to. As for the friendly Staff That are always AMAZING and friendly. Fro. Day one from when your SUPERMARKET opened Its still the same today. Well done to you all. And if it was more than a 5 star Rating i would certainly give it Kind Regards Dianne Macdonald

Great all round store. They excel in customer service and can always rely on their A1 customer care.

Totally shown up by New World Hillcrest which is a superior store with friendlier staff and better environment. Too congested and far less user friendly. Kudos to New World Hillcrest! My always go to supermarket.

People like us who have a Christmas club card that we have been paying into all year to help us buying extra food over the silly season we were expecting better in the store today it was busy as expected but having staff filling shelves was a nuisance to get past plus very few staff with samples to taste if you wanted. It has been better previous years

My favourite local. Because of the easy to find gluten free food. All gluten free product not in the special gluten free section has little brown gluten free labels sticking out from the shelves to make it easy to locate.

A great place to shop if you enjoy great food. Highly recommended.

Large supermarket, plenty of everything including parking

Special on ecco dish wash tablets did not come thru at self check out. 19.99 should have been 14.99. WATCH THEM! Also a huge wait at checkouts.

It is a good supermarket where you can get most things to your liking.
