Unfortunately my experience with ByteForce was not good and I can't recommend buying from them. The phone I got from them was filled with the previous customer contacts, wallpapers etc. The keypad would not work and pages would not scroll. When I tried to do the factory reset, the phone was locked and I could not unlock it. When I called to see if they would send me another one they said that the calibration of the phone was off and it stated that in the ebay ad. I don't remember seeing that or I would not have bought the phone. I was told they would not return the phone or refund the money. My lost, but be aware if you have problems they may not work with you to correct the problem and make you happy.
