Pleasant hotel. Staff were very friendly and professional. Room wasn't great. Two single mattresses on a double base. Empty coffee sachets left amongst the full ones. Small, scratchy towels.
Lovely buffet breakfast. Good location in city centre. Good price.

Great hotel the staff is very attentive and available despite the language barrier. The room was just superb. The bedding was like sleeping on a cloud. At the level of the breakfast Ras everything was perfect thank you

We were guided by the many overly positive reviews. The hotel is ok - Standard - but nothing special or worth mentioning. Centrally located, clean, 1970's style hotel which is frequented by many americans (maybe because it is like a typical american middle class hotel?). Breakfast was below avergae self service in a not very nice room. So, ok to stay in this hotel but there's nicer buildings and more charming Hotels in dublin

Based on a short visit for a meeting, I found this hotel very welcoming. Lots of guest movement handled very efficiently. Based one minute from O'Connell Street it is truly in the Dublin City. Close to LUAS line (trams) that can take you to various historical and sites of interest.

Friendly welcome, rooms medium in size, clean, breakfast plentiful, little fruit for muesli and only natural yoghurt. Location very central and directly accessible by airline. Conclusion: Recommended!

A very good three stars, quite modern and everything very clean. Attentive and friendly workers (in addition several of them speak in Spanish). It is located very close to downtown and with many interesting pubs around.

The only important downside that I put is that they sell it as an adapted hotel and when that fails a bit: we were traveling with a family member who is in a wheelchair and needs a crane to lie on the bed and it turns out that this It is built with a foot foot that did not allow to put the legs of the crane under the bed, anyway we solved the problem (kicked against literal foot filming). In addition the bathroom, if adapted, is a little small and difficult to move a wheelchair inside.

Service is good, the equipment is a bit old but adequate. The breakfast is plentiful and very english a bit strange at this point is comma that the breakfast costs a third less if you book it at the hotel rather than in advance. The air conditioning is quite inaccurate and a little noisy.

Well, we stayed for a little over a week. We had to consistently EVERYDAY ask to refill our soap and toilet paper. I don't know what they are paying housekeeping because I had to repeatedly take off the dirty blankets. The pictures are from the day we arrived. There was some kind of cheese on the blanket when we arrive and I took it off but the housekeeper kept putting the dirty blanket back on. Bathroom was gross. The restaurant was bad. The food was below par. And if you have big hips ask for a booth. The regular chairs are small. I would not come back here again.

The staff were very nice and the breakfast was excellent. The room was quite small. The bed and pillows were very firm and I woke up with a sore back each morning. I could hear clubbing music every night. My best guess is it was from the bar next door called The Living Room. It was not terribly loud, but obvious enough to make out the constant bass until late into the night. We were on the fourth floor, so I'd bet you wouldn't hear the music if on the fifth or sixth floor. Overall, an okay experience.

Good service, very friendly, helpful staff. Unfortunately only a small room had, which to the courtyard shows. Ventilation was always heard. Small, bathroom, no closet. The location is very central.

This hotel is at a great location and close to the Q-park where you can leave your car and get a discounted price at the hotel desk for parking.
Breakfast is ik with the usual offerings of eggs and sausage as well as a small cold buffet.
There is WiFi here, but it was barley usable for me. Slow in the ground floor and no coverage the the room I was in on the fifth floor.
The room was not very big which is fine, but my main problem was the rock hard pillows and the thick and hard blankets, haven't seen anything like it.
Other than that it's ok, but for a 3 star hotel I have had much better.

I am juat about to end my stay here after 4 days 3 nights and I would like to say that apart from being a lovely hotel with good food and all of that (it is a great hotel) I watched the hotel staff treat guests fantastic , made sure everyone was looked after just like you would look after your mum , went out of there way to help with what ever they could and all with a smile. But on a side note with all thats going on with covid 19 and everything closed I saw first hand how they and mean all of the staff had a human side and helped local people who asked for help and did it without a second thought. I so look forward to coming back. The easiest place to have a great time when you stay in Dublin.

Rooms are okay, but they seem finer and more spacious on the photos, it mostly remind me of a really nice hostel then a really nice hotel, never the less beds great, bathroom also great

Nice quiet Hotel, almost hidden. Clean and bright. Had to ask reception for pass key to use facilities... but they were clean and well maintained. Food was only alright, at least what I had, soup salty, bread left out too long, gourmet sandwich dry, unable to eat sandwich bun. Too pricey for the food served. Chips were nice.

A-Aron is who made this hotel worth it, absolutely brilliant member of staff would stay again just because of him, purely belta , one side note he best of got the unreal letter that was left at reception for the banter

Location very good and central. Room unfortunately much too small, which is also the reason for the deductions of the stars. Room was like new and everything was clean. The service I can not judge because we either in the hotel eaten or another service used. What I still negatively felt was that we should park our car in a parking garage on the opposite side, where we were told that it was free. Luckily we used the car the next day and realized that only half of the parking ticket was paid.

Clean hotel, good dinner, right breakfast.
The comfortable rooms and despite there is a pub nearby that was very crowded in the evening you could not hear anything.
It is a pity that they do not speak even a little Italian x or are busy anyway

Arriving in Dublin after midnight we had a mix up with another hotel we had booked. As you can imagine it is quite difficult to find a room in the centre of Dublin at 1am on a Saturday night. We managed to get through to Hakan who sympathised with our situation and sorted us out with the only remaining room in the hotel. His quick wit and welcoming manner took the edge of what was a very stressful night. We had a great night sleep in a very comfortable room and all the other staff we encountered were nothing short of delightful.

We booked this hotel blind through Hotwire.

We booked this hotel blind through Hotwire.

First night we stayed we had a small room, no worries I got a good deal on the hotel. However, when we got into the room, we noticed the walls were paper thin and we could hear the room next door coughing, chatting and screaming . We live in a town centre flat so we ve developed into deep sleepers. However, they got back around 1am and obviously had more people than they should have in the room as there weren t enough key cards. This led to them banging on the door for about half hour and then screaming when they got in.

Next morning, I mentioned this to Aaron on the help desk and he was incredibly helpful in moving us to a different room, even arranging a porter to move our bags. The next room was much more spacious and much quieter and we got a brilliant nights sleep.

Recommend booking directly with them. Didn t try breakfast but did have a drink in the bar which was priced about right.

I stayed in the hotel for one night.
The room was big and clean.
Dinner was really nice, the bar area is very cosy.
The next morning I had breakfast and it was so good! Very good variety of food. Everything very easy to understand.
The location is perfect. Just beside the main street in Dublin. I really recommend this hotel.

The hotel is overall very clean and tidy and can shine with very friendly and helpful staff. At the breakfast buffet is enough choice available - also fresh fruit!
Only our room was smaller than expected and because of the very small window unfortunately very dark and difficult to ventilate.

The room was a little small (but this may be true of all places in Dublin), but the hotel was very conveniently located for exploring downtown Dublin and accessing food and shopping. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the restaurant food was delicious. Can't ask for much more than that.

+ perfect location, clean, tidy and fast house keeping / service.
- rooms/beds are really small!
- walls are very thin, we heard the neighbours.... everything.
- Christmas dinner was very overpiced for the quality served.

Fantastic location. Clean and modern. My double room was very small. Luckily I was a single traveller would not like to have shared it. Arrived to a very cold room 2C outside and not much warmer inside due to it being Aired with the window wide open. Took a good whole for the aircon to warm it up. I would definitely stay again

Incredible hotel with excellent location and close to most city tours, with hearty buffet breakfast, very good wifi and very helpful staff. As an improvement note would indicate a small fridge in the room and better soundproofing. I will be right back!

The hotel is very clean and collected. It has a good gym, and a good breakfast. To be a 3 star the buffet is very good. The only thing that would change would be to put more Spanish plugs, since in my room there was only one (American) and we were 2 people and also in the bed that we did not put a single comforter since in these times it is very cold. I hope they change what I just said but finally a good hotel.

For the price we paid (booked via Ryanair website) the hotel was magnificent. The room was very comfortable. There were extra pillows. There was no bar soap or shampoo in our bathrooms, but for the price we paid that was fine, and I believe that if you asked it could be provided. The buffet breakfast was great. Location made all of Dublins attractions reachable on foot, and the airport bus drops off and picks up within 50 metres of the hotel. Definitely stay here again when we are next in Dublin!

Ideal location, good facilities and friendly staff. From the first moment they took note of all our requests and did everything in their power to make our stay great. Highlight the treatment of Mireia, who was very helpful on our arrival by providing a lot of information about both the hotel and the city.

Location of the hotel is good. Rooms are small with poor view, at least from our room. Bathroom is renovated and with a good size. Good choice of breakfast and with helpful staff. Twin bedrooms are not separated. If you do separate the beds, you will get a bellow any standards size of bed. Appropriate for children and not a grown up men. Downstairs bar offers food and drinks.

Last time I gave 4 stars. But had real bad room this time. So tiny that I couldn't even properly unpack. Worse, the only window to an inner shaft. I don't mind the lack of views but I do mind the constant strong humm of the air conditioning aggregates. Anyways, otherwise a decent hotel and value for money in walking distance from TCD. Just, don't take the room 334 ;-) and you should be fine..

Okay place. Okay room. The door into the bathroom too close to the bed, hard to enter the bathroom. Small space for 2 person luggage with hand luggage only. Breakfast good. The hotel is completely at the stop of the airport bus. Pleasant and pleasant staff.
