Room was clean, maybe a little small but thats expected for the middle of a capital city. All amenities were included. Staff friendly and polite. There was a buffet breakfast available for 10 but I didn't try it. Good location, central without being too noisy. Would recommend for a short stay.

Good reception, but if you stay a few days the wifi is not free and pay attention if you take your plane for your return on Saturday and you must leave early breakfast is later than the week 7:30 instead of 7:00 damage we are left empty stomach.

Clean room, comfy bed, good location. We had a room which overlooked the living room courtyard which had music on until 3am on Saturday and about 1am on Sunday (bank holiday) which was extremely loud. We asked the Hotel to provide ear plugs as it was bank holiday, but they did nid not have any. If you stay here make sure you ask for a room not backing onto the club

Small rooms, considerable signs of wear on the bathroom door. Breakfast ok., Dinner (booked package) moderately. Bar i.O. Loud by pub right next to the hotel. For sightseeing but ideally centrally located.

On our Honeymoon, was booked a room where the window view was an alley. ALL night trucks loading & unloading.... Made for a great nights sleep... only if you're into LOUD echoing banging ~ EVERY HOUR!! AND parking SUXS & finding Best Western, due to construction was NO walk in the park! Giving 3 stars, due to staff is very professional & Lovely.... Breakfast was perfect for any pallet! Bewleys's Coffee makes you forget about the night before!

Absolute disaster of a hotel, if I could even call it that, the so called staff working there need to get their act together fast! It s beyond me how they are even employed, the most ignorant men I ve ever had to deal with! I will be making sure I tell everyone I come in contact with about how dirty and disgraceful this hotel really is! I can recommend so many more nicer and much better hotels in the area, Never again!

Always stopped in best westerns in Europe as well, staff excellent as usual for advice... Thanks Rebecca. Good size reception area. Online info could be clearer, we assumed that breakfast was in price, like in Berlin and krakow visits.... Not staffs fault I stress.. No problem paying it,as there excellent breakfasts.....Jon siggy.
