Room was clean, maybe a little small but thats expected for the middle of a capital city. All amenities were included. Staff friendly and polite. There was a buffet breakfast available for 10 but I didn't try it. Good location, central without being too noisy. Would recommend for a short stay.
The staff were very kind and the accommodations were great.
Other than no parking facilities, the hotel was overall nice. Met our needs and expectations.
Good central location. Friendly staff. 3 rooms booked. Not all same size. Ours was quite small but everything was provided for our stay.
Good service, good bathroom and beds. Friendly staff
Not he best view m, but more than sure construction was finished. But to have like 200 inch TV that's never turned off sleep is not happening. Still a beautiful place to stay.
Good reception, but if you stay a few days the wifi is not free and pay attention if you take your plane for your return on Saturday and you must leave early breakfast is later than the week 7:30 instead of 7:00 damage we are left empty stomach.
Excellent location close to public transport sport and some tourist attractions. Hotel was of high standard and staff very accommodating. Definitely recommend.
Nice, comfortable, and convenient location, taxis close to front door, and great bar!
Very nice and clean rooms. Top location for a good price. Staff could be friendlier.
Super central, the room a little small but well equipped.
Very good Hotel in the Center of Dublin, near O'Donnel Street,
a lot of animation with a Pub
Great hotel that I recommend, impeccable service, attentive staff, everything is perfect!
Good location and a nice room. Bring your own washcloth and shampoo. Had to read the directions to work the heat.
Convenient location right off O'Connell Street. Clean and quiet. Recommended.
More of a 3 star hotel, small rooms, nothing exciting, clean
Great place to stay, Central Location, Friendly Staff
Nice hotel with good looking interior , unfortunately service in the restaurant is not the best. We were invisible for them .
Good location and breakfast. Small and responsive rooms.
Great hotel -relaxing and convenient. You will also find delicious menus and good pint of Guinness - perfect Dublin choice.
Staff is very helpful and friendly. Eager to please. The food is delicious
Clean room, comfy bed, good location. We had a room which overlooked the living room courtyard which had music on until 3am on Saturday and about 1am on Sunday (bank holiday) which was extremely loud. We asked the Hotel to provide ear plugs as it was bank holiday, but they did nid not have any. If you stay here make sure you ask for a room not backing onto the club
It s just above three stars. They did let us stay up in the lobby.
Relaxed vibe. Descent bar
Modern hotel right in the centre of Dublin. Good breakfast buffet. Clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.
Very nice hotel. Good location. Restaurant has excellent food!
Rooms small but decent price and pleasant accommodating staff for a hotel just off O'Connell street. Just get room on top floors if you want a good night's sleep
Clean, decent place and good location for the price.
Had a lovely time. Staff were brilliant.Really enjoyed my stay. Couldn't praise it enough. Will stay there again.
Nice hotel with a good central location. 24 hour reception, cozy restaurant and bar, friendly staff and clean rooms. Rooms all have tea / coffee making facilities, some rooms have bathtubs.
Room a bit small, but perfectly OK. Decent standard. A/c not calibrated, but functional. Friendly staff. Got early check-in. Would stay again if price remains reasonable
Situated in Dublin city center, just a 10 minutes walk from Temple Bar.
Highly recommended for biz trips (1 night, max. 2 nights stay).
Excellent ratio price/quality.
Staff nice and very friendly.
Rooms are small but comfortable and clean.
I was pleasantly surprised at how good this hotel is. Super welcome at reception, nice room overlooking a wall . Room rates were reasonable.
The restaurant serves delicious food at reasonable prices.
I will be back
thin walls, you can hear the neighbors when talking on the phone or in bed sports, etc.
Great place... perfect for our family of ages 60+ and 32 year old daughter.
very well located, nice rooms, nice restaurant, we didn't hear any noise from the bar next door, the staff very friendly, specially Rebecca at the front desk, we highly recommended this place, overall we are happy!!!!
Nice hotel but breakfast seating turned into a free for all. Lost my seat twice to others one morning, whilst going up for food
Clean rooms, central location, great value for money
Small rooms, considerable signs of wear on the bathroom door. Breakfast ok., Dinner (booked package) moderately. Bar i.O. Loud by pub right next to the hotel. For sightseeing but ideally centrally located.
Very central. We were at an event and the facilities were good. Great location for walking to O'Connell Street. Minutes away.
The location of the hotel is a few minutes walk from the main streets
On our Honeymoon, was booked a room where the window view was an alley. ALL night trucks loading & unloading.... Made for a great nights sleep... only if you're into LOUD echoing banging ~ EVERY HOUR!! AND parking SUXS & finding Best Western, due to construction was NO walk in the park! Giving 3 stars, due to staff is very professional & Lovely.... Breakfast was perfect for any pallet! Bewleys's Coffee makes you forget about the night before!
Very close to the city center, clean rooms, friendly staff
Great people and even better service. Shower door wasn't working when we checked in, and tbey upfrade us to a better room! Great stuff!
We stayed there the 22nd of December nd the staff was brilliant. The rooms were cosy nd the food excellent. Definitely go back again
Service was fine but the beds and pillows were one of the most uncomfortable I've ever had to sleep on.
Ideal location to O Connell street.....Croke Park......hotel spotless.....staff great....highly recommend. ....
Nice place had a family get together and they were very nice to us.
Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, great location and a fair price. I'd happily return here on a possible future visit to Dublin.
Very clean. Beautiful rooms. Kind, helpful staff.
Very welcoming staff and a cosy reception and bar. Room was small with plenty imperfections and a television which was dated and poor signaled channels
Absolute disaster of a hotel, if I could even call it that, the so called staff working there need to get their act together fast! It s beyond me how they are even employed, the most ignorant men I ve ever had to deal with! I will be making sure I tell everyone I come in contact with about how dirty and disgraceful this hotel really is! I can recommend so many more nicer and much better hotels in the area, Never again!
A very nice hotel at the O' Connel street. The bar next door has some good variety of drinks and games.
Very nice hotel. Great location for visiting the city and for getting around. Too bad for part of the unfriendly staff.
2 nights overnight here. The room was definitely fine and the hotel looked excellent
Always stopped in best westerns in Europe as well, staff excellent as usual for advice... Thanks Rebecca. Good size reception area. Online info could be clearer, we assumed that breakfast was in price, like in Berlin and krakow visits.... Not staffs fault I stress.. No problem paying it,as there excellent breakfasts.....Jon siggy.
Very clean and it was in a great location in the city center of Dublin!
