For renewing a SIP with SMILE i sent filledup form, but didnt get any response for 2 months . When contacted by mai answer was i didnt enter bank name so appln was rejected! I sent stinkers and each time a new quack replied saying unintentional mistake! The manager spoke after 10 stinkers . Mean while i quitely called sundaram towers and got forms by couier and renewed.
