Great accomodation in great location. Bus from airport drops off directly across the street ( 7 one way). Booked the hotel directly on their website for the prepay, non-refundable rate a few months in advance for a very reasonable price. This included a full Irish breakfast each morning for the two of us which was delicious . The staff were very courteous upon arrival and throughout the duration of our stay. The only negatives were that the Wi-Fi (while free) was very spotty and would work on and off, and the bed was quite stiff, small, and uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi wasn't a huge issue as we were out sightseeing for the majority of the day. For the bed, it just took a while to fall asleep as it wasn't comfortable and I wish I would've brought my own pillow as their pillows weren't the best. Therefore, for the hotel an upgrade on the Wi-Fi as well as beds/better quality towels (softer and not mustard yellow!) would make a great improvement. Overall, great accomodation in central location (walking distance) and would definitely recommend!

My partner and I had a small but cozy room, quite complete, but luckily we remembered to take the plug adapter because otherwise we could not have loaded the phones. It is a hotel with an affordable price, very well located and beautiful. The only downside that I put is that they offered a pizza service that was supposed to be brought to the room and they made us go down to reception to find it. Everything else perfect.

Almost perfect and I say almost because the room is small as well as the bathroom but equipped with everything, the only "problem" that has meant that I did not want to give 5 stars but 4 is the bed: mattress to the limits of the comfortable and the blankets they are short in the sense that they do not arrive well up to the neck / chin, and with winter temperatures it is not really pleasant, even if it can be a personal factor, on the other hand the room is warm and complete with air conditioning with hot air pump. conclusion I would go back again because overall the hotel is really very good and the location is excellent for visiting the vast majority of the most important places in the city, going on foot and if that were not enough, it is located in one of the focal points of the means of transport, including the bus to the airport.

The room was comfortable and well-appointed. My room was quite small, but Ok for 1 person. The Hotel is close to shopping areas. An easy walk to Temple Bar, but far enough away to avoid the noise. The open top Sightseeing Bus stop starts from outside the hotel. Reception area is large and the check-in was swift. The bus from the airport stops within easy walk of the hotel. Cons: The lady serving at the Bar that evening was very rude indeed. This is the reason my rating is lower. I would still recommend this hotel.

Perfect hotel! Cheap parking garage, 15 euros, right on Collins Avenue! 1km to Temple Bar, 200 meters to Hopon / off, bus and tram! Great rooms, very good service! Good breakfast! To be recommended!

The hotel is well kept but the rooms are small. The beds are very uncomfortable. Breakfast buffet can be included in your rate but the staff is very inefficient and spend a lot of time just wandering around. Luckily it is in a good location for exploring the city.

The location is good, friendly staff, though the room was smaller than expected, hit the head 3 times in the TV they hang on the wall on the way to the bed. However, missing a fridge in the room, may have been a miss on our part when we booked the room.

Checked us in straight away despite us arriving early, staff vary in terms of friendliness and helpfulness, some are great and some useless. The is no parking and it's a very busy place with terrible WiFi. Great location though. In general the place is alright but it depends what you're looking for. I will emphasise NICE PLACE but VERY BUSY and TERRIBLE WIFI.

Had a great stay over two nights here. So close to the main part of Dublin. The rooms were so spacious. Beds were very comfortable, had one of the best sleeps in a while. Staff were very friendly and helpful from over the two days. Would stay again next time I go Dublin.

Fair accomodation nothing extraordinary, very good location which probably explains the price of the room which a bit slightly above what you would think for the accomodation. Breakfast is a bit expensive for what it offers.

Very quiet hotel, one of the quietest rooms I have ever been in, there was no noise at all. We had hired excursions and the hotel was five minutes from where the buses that picked us up stopped.
I doubt that I will return to Dublin, if I did, I would repeat hotel.

I do not understand all of the four and five star reviews for this place. Perhaps things have changed since my husband and I stayed here two years ago.

The first difficulty we encountered upon arriving was that the entrance area to the hotel, the parking area, and the bottom few floors of the building next door were under construction. We had to unload our luggage within an active construction area and leave it in the lobby of the hotel while we went to find parking (for an additional cost) two streets away. The hotel itself seemed unreasonably busy until we noticed a sign in the lobby - "The Voice UK" auditions were taking place there.

Our four-night stay was marred by almost constant construction noise during the day and (literally) screaming people running up and down the hallways at all hours of the night. The outer walls of the hotel seemed to be paper-thin; from our room on the fifth floor, we could clearly hear the music from the night club on the bottom floor of the building next door. On our last evening there, a Saturday, we got maybe an hour or two of sleep before our long drive to Rosslare because of the raucous partying in the hallways until the wee hours.

The only two good things about our stay (hence the earned one star) were the bar and restaurant staff and the room cleanliness. Bar and restaurant staff were so friendly and such great conversationalists, we looked forward to spending our late-evenings there. The room was small, but clean and comfortable. It's too bad we didn't actually get to enjoy any peace while we were there.

Great city centre hotel.

Great city centre hotel.

Perfect location for:
airport shuttle drops off and picks up right out side
immediately around the corner from transport informations main office
also just round the corner is a Hop on Hop off bus service No 1 stop (O'Connell Street). --great way to start your visit!
O'Connell street is also a major bus link road so you cent get anywhere from there on the buses
5 min walk from a major high street
10 minute walk to the river with river side bars and cafes
15-20 walk to Temple Bar area (all the night life)
also a few galleries surround this hotel, which you'll learn about o. The hop on hop off bus!

Food: I didn't dine in the evening but the break was great. Everything you'd expect and even when very busy there was no queues for coffee machines, etc.

Rooms: Our room was pretty small, but clean, well maintained and had everything you'd need. I expect small is common for such a city centre hotel.

The only let down was the view. Our room (and many others) viewed a small central area which basically just houses 12 air con units. If you care about a view then definitely raise that at check in! ..also, although everything I the hotel claws clean, the only thing which seems to have never been washed was the outside of the windows!...which were filthy.

Other: Staff were all very nice and helpful. There's free internet access on Macs at reception, so if you like me you forgot to print you Guinness your tickets, you can do it in the hotel no problem! That was a nice extra.

Overall, I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

From the price I can not say much, because we have booked a round trip. Staff is very friendly. The rooms for me personally too small but very clean. It is relatively loud, sleeping with the window open is not possible. Breakfast buffet very rich, something for everyone. The food but rather low quality level, but for a hotel of this category still in order. But good food is not one of the strengths of the Irish anyway, but is made good by the warmth. WLAN works very well.

Summary according to school grades 1-5:
Staff: 1
Cleanliness: 2
Food: 4
Rooms: 3
Location: 1

Packed queues of people waiting at counters to be helped, restaurant staff not very helpful to begin with they looked flustered hot and too busy also too intrusive when not busy I think because they had to look busy all the time even when not busy? Not many food options for vegan disappointingly

A three star hotel with a very good location that can get very expensive because of that. Also because of that, it can be a little noisy. It has a crowded pub just beside it, and we could listen the noise of some industrial air conditioning from our first floor room. Average but comfy and well kept rooms and bathroom. One last complain, the bed sheets are too short, why do they do that??

Great
