Very clean with helpful staff and great parking and very safe

Went here for a murder mystery dinner.. so much fun. Food was great

I enjoyed the food that they had for our last church's service this past week. Thank you for a lovely experience.

The hall is very spacious. Wonderful ventilation, surplus parking spots as well.

Presently attending a seminar at the Burton Manor. This is an outdated, smelly facility. The food was horrible and the wait staff were not friendly. I don t usually take the time to leave a review for anything, but this was worth noting.

My little sister attended homecoming on a Friday night and had a great time other than the fact that the dance was supposed to be until 11pm and all the kids were put out in the rain at 10:30pm waiting for their rides. They could have easily been put in the front lobby to wait for their rides seeing that parents thought their kids would be done at 11pm and not 10:30pm.

Nice venue; food is good but not spectacular (family-style); seemed a bit understaffed for the number of guests, I believe there were around 600, but the staff was friendly. They definitely need to update the restrooms. They are small and cramped. The seating at the tables was comfortable and the furniture in the common area was quite beautiful.

We had a wedding here. The servers were all new/trainees none of them seemed experienced, food was luke warm not hot at all. The steak was too rare. One server spilled a plate of food. The rest kept picking up our drinks before they were dow The bartender was not present at the bar at some points and would dissappear for 10 mins at a time. The bathroom had standing water at all time and was slippery. Also none of the men's stalls lock/door holders worked to you had to hold the door closed yourself. Over all very disappointed

Horrible place. We were at an event here and were attacked by people from another party in their lobby. We were kicked punched and bitten. Management was no where to be found. People came in and started beating us more until I was able to call the police. Again management was NO WHERE to be found. I believe it is not a safe location to have anything due to the fact it is on the freeway so close to Detroit. Management could have cared less they just want your money but going to or having an even here I believe you will be risking your life. This could have been avoided if there was proper securit or if they actually cared about the events.

Personally, parking space is the #1 on my list.. Guess what ! Burton Manor has enough car parking spaces for guests utilizing their facility. Whether you're the first or the last guest to arrive, don't worry about where to park.

Organized, nice suites, decision food tolerable price

Bacon bash was not what I expected.. Seemed like no one knew way was going on and organization sucked.. But for hall it was ok.. Can't judge on actual events

Beautiful, large halls for all kinds of events. We've been to multiple prayer congregations and weddings at this venue. Its easily accessible from i96 and there is ample parking even for a gathering as large as 5000 people.

I love this place..Burton Manor has excellent waitors .they set prepared your food very quickly .in the hallway the guest can hang their coats up...the lighting in park n lot is excellent and big and spacious. The food for the occassion was great ..i give it thumbs up .

The Ang Bisaya of Michigan have been doing events at Burton Manor for a few years...sometimes 3 events in a year. ABM is very happy with the venue...ballrooms are spacious and well maintained. Everyone is very helpful and willing to help out in any way to make our events successful.
This year, we had our Debutante Cotillion there and the ballroom was very elegant and the food was (and always) tremendously yummy. They even accommodated a couple vegetarian meals.

Food was okay. The hall looked Amazing. Service was just okay.

Was there for a funeral luncheon and was very good.

Banquet Hall was decorated beautifully!The food was exellent!! Seasoned perfectly and the servers provided excellent customer service!!

Very nice venue. Adequate space for the event and parking. It was perfect for my daughter's senior pinning ceremony. Food served was ok, it served it's purpose and the server was very pleasant. She checked on our table in a timely manner. Overall, great experience.

It was a convenient exit from the highway to the location, clean, food great and alot of space.

Great wedding venue...all on one floor good for us seniors. Bathrooms were clean and neat. Lots of parking...down the block from a Costco

Bad customers service, no follow up, evasive tactics, avoiding of responsibility and impolite staff!

They made my experience miserable to say the least, not only before my wedding, but after as well. Management was rude leading up to our event where we had to go directly to the owner to get things taken care of. I would call on multiple occasions and not receive a call back. I would have to ask for things multiple times before getting an answer.
For my wedding, I did assigned seating but was told that they don t have table numbers and they would not set out my table numbers even though they were ones to make my seating number arrangement. During my wedding, serving trays were left out the entire night so now they are a part of my wedding pictures and video. The food was horrible outside of their chicken. We were promised by the owner that he would be available that day to make sure things went smoothly; he wasn t.
But then after the event was what topped it all on the scale of frustration. To be called 2 days after your wedding to be yelled at on the phone, to call my sister-in-law classless , and then to never call back afterwards is just unacceptable. Such a shame that such a beautiful venue has been made so sour due to their management.

Bacon Bash was PACKED. There was a whole section that could have been opened up to relieve the human congestion but instead we stood shoulder to shoulder waiting for food.

My family was all prepared to have a beautiful wedding...to start off on time and the minister or pastor never showed up!!!! The staff of Burton Manor stepped in and called a clergyman and the wedding went off without a hitch! Thanks to staff members of Burton Manor.

We had our 30 year class reunion here last weekend and it was a huge success. As we got closer, our numbers didn't come in as hoped but Burton Manor was extremely flexible and worked with us to make everything financially feasible. We had a great time. No other options were close to Burton Manor for food and open bar prices. There was a ton of food - all of it very good - and the bar was very accommodating of those who came to make a dent in it. Facility was easy to get to, clean and sharp, with lots of parking, and the room was arranged perfectly for the event. Thanks!

Came here for our Belle Tire Christmas Party. Setup was very well organized for well over 1500 people without feeling too crowded. They kept up with the demand for food and drinks with no issues and even had a reasonable offering for alcohol. The decor is a bit bare looking but is perfect for any size event.

Clean. Friendly seemed a little understaffed at the event I attended.

As the previous person stated, they have not issued a refund for my event that DID NOT/COULD NOT happen due to the pandemic. They are saying they wont refund money until they are fully operational. Upon speaking to them today I was told they were only operating at 20%. The number of people allowed in their building has NOTHING to do with money that was given to them for an event that didn't happen. If money was put towards an even that didn't happen, the funds given for that event should be refunded as they shouldn't have been used. I've been waiting since MARCH for my $300 deposit. DO NOT use this facility.

Attended a wedding here, food was o.k. service was not. I was at the number one table where the Mother of the bride sat and we did not receive cake. Even the bartenders were seen counting their tips during the evening. Who does that!

I went to Burton Manor for a wedding shower and was very impressed with the food and atmosphere. When it came time to plan our wedding, Burton Manor offered the best selection for an affordable price. They really worked with us to create a perfect wedding. Our plans were destroyed shortly after we booked the hall when our neighbor caught our entire apartment building on fire. Toni was very understanding and worked with us to give us more time. I had heard horror stories about this happening at other places, so it was such a relief at a time when we really needed it.

I am the owner of The Carpet Guys and believe in the importance of creating a great customer experience and Ive been to several corporate events, weddings, job fairs, etc over the last couple decades at The Burton Manor. Each time, the experience was second to none. What a great venue.

My Little Cousin graduated from College and had her Celebration here. The food was delicious and the service was excellent!

Excellent place for weddings. Has a central and large dance floor. The staff are nice and deliver food semi-professionally, and the bar is always open! I've only had great experiences here!

We always use this venue for an annual school event we hold...the management is very flexible and easy to work with

Poor service. We didn't get bread at table with food. We didn't get water pitcher refilled. The food was bland. The cake tasted like corn bread. Our waitor never came back to pick up our empty plates. Sad because this venue use to be nice. It's time for a make over of this place. New decor and new staff.

My friends got married here, it's a nice place and it was pretty cool that on either side of us in different rooms there were weddings from two other cultures going on. Quote cool.

Looks like the only place in southeast Michigan which can accommodate a large group.

Great beautiful place for weddings and such. PROBABLY the best banquet hall I've ever been to! They keep the place very clean and nice! Also food was great and all the staff members were friendly and helpful!! DEFINITELY a thumbs up to this banquet facility. I was there for my sisters wedding!!!!

Me and my spouse did a murder mystery dinner at this location. Lots of parking clean facilities and a very well orginized wait staff. The bar tender could most certinly of used some help but any delays were met with heartfelt apologie in a very polite manner. The room next to us was having a reseption and it was exstremly loud disrupting infact.

needs to be renovated and updated. has been the same for at least 30 years.
