They made my experience miserable to say the least...

They made my experience miserable to say the least, not only before my wedding, but after as well. Management was rude leading up to our event where we had to go directly to the owner to get things taken care of. I would call on multiple occasions and not receive a call back. I would have to ask for things multiple times before getting an answer.
For my wedding, I did assigned seating but was told that they don t have table numbers and they would not set out my table numbers even though they were ones to make my seating number arrangement. During my wedding, serving trays were left out the entire night so now they are a part of my wedding pictures and video. The food was horrible outside of their chicken. We were promised by the owner that he would be available that day to make sure things went smoothly; he wasn t.
But then after the event was what topped it all on the scale of frustration. To be called 2 days after your wedding to be yelled at on the phone, to call my sister-in-law classless , and then to never call back afterwards is just unacceptable. Such a shame that such a beautiful venue has been made so sour due to their management.
