Burton Manor Banquets Review

Went to a Youth Convention and Vendor Event there. Very clean and lovely venue. Good amount of parking. Multiple events can happen here at the same time.

Was there for my granddaughter high school pinning dinner and it was great. Nice atmosphere, staff was great and so was the food. Will definitely tell everyone about my experience.

This venue is a trusted and long-standing cornerstone in the area for weddings, conferences, banquets, etc. Events here usually go very smoothly, and the facilities are well-maintained. Ample parking

We went to a wedding reception here and the service was extraordinary. The servers went over the top to make sure that our every need was met. They went as far as taking the flower girls to the restroom to help them with their dresses while using the facilities.

Very unprofessional. Terrible service; they refuse to pay for damages to our possessions they caused. Very disappointed in this organization. Would not recommend to anyone.

Its a nice place to have an event but the food is very blah

We had our local Christmas dinner there it was a good time.

I have used Burton Manor for many events, but most recently for my daughters wedding reception on 7.16.16. The planning process with Burton Manor was incredible and every small detail was executed flawlessly. Our evening started with a cocktail hour with a beautiful signature cocktail and moved on to an incredible dinner featuring Roast Tenderloin Bordelaise and Salmon and finished with a dessert table and late night snack of mini gyros and sliders.

Didn't have Champaign that was promised for the bride and groom toast, ran out of food so didn't serve all the guests, and the exact opposite of a helpful staff. If I could rate zero stars I would.

It wasn't to big or too small for my party the food was tasty and my friends all seemed to be having a really nice time

The only thing I missed here was a greeter for late-comers. The food, accommodations and ambience were better than I expected.

Clean, spacious place. Everything looked very nice. The food was good. Bathrooms in the area we were in could be updated a bit, but they were clean.

Site & Location is great... Their baked chicken breasts are undercooked.

The venue was awesome and the food was very good. DJ didnt know his crowd but all in all this is a class act place

Horrible place and they staff took items from my friends wedding and did not return them. And then they don t follow up with their calls! Absolutely horrible

Alex, just want you to know that Raven and her crew from last night s wedding did a bang up job!!! Everything we asked for and needed they were right there! From the dimming of the lights to making sure there was no food on the floor before the bride and grooms first dance. I don t think I had to ask for one single thing. Great job guys, keep up the good work! Raven it s the team leader that can make or break a crew and you did a fantastic job, can t thank you enough. A beautiful place to go and rent a party and have a good time

Chicken, potatoes, green beans, rolls and salad. Food was good. I was here 25 years ago and had the same meal . Big rooms. Convenient location right off 96.

Went to an office party here and was surprised by how regal and modern the building looked on the inside. I feel a lot of pope would discount this based on the condition of the parking lot, but I was presently surprised by the courteous staff and the food was great!

Masquerade Murder Mystery Date....The venue is beautiful and I'm sure one could have a beautiful wedding there.

Small banquet rooms, lady that showed us the hall had NO clue of what she was talking about. Very bad communication and would never rent from them.

Good faculty for banquets and events. They had issues with all their bars when I was there making it hard to get any drinks, even non-alcoholic. This was a little annoying.

Just went there for a fund raiser. There was no food. They did have a bar, which had the main staples and plenty of mixers. Bartender was nice and moved quickly when there was a small line. Would go back for another function.

I attended a wedding here, it was great if u planed ahead of time of sitting people on the same table based on their beverage choices. They were limited on pitchers so on a table of children, adults, and elderly we had to choose between coke, water, or sprite you couldn't have more than one. The wait between getting the salad was over 30 minutes. Food was cold by the time it got to us. The roast beef had fat on it. Chicken was the only good part of the whole meal. The glassware was dirty. They gave the servers too many tables to take care of, which made alot of people wait. The bathroom stalls are made for children not adults. Overall I felt bad for the grooms family because this place cost more than most. I would not recommend anyone does a wedding here.

Very nice venue - great food and a very nice place

The food was good if you wanted the chicken. Half of our party ordered beef, two months before the event, but they ran out. The murder mystery was disorganized and the sound system was awful.

Place looked nice. Food horrible. The bride & groom should get their money back.Chicken was so tough couldn't chew it. Steak so raw. Not everyone eats raw steak. Should of organized well cooked to rare. What a waste of food. Pasta brought out as a side, in a small bowl so not everyone at the table could have any. 1 basket of rolls for the table. Every table should at least get 2 baskets of bread. I mean for the amount of money per person what a rip. They cut the cake so thin that the bride had 3 boxes of cake to take home with her. It wouldn't of hurt to put out extra slices or cut them thicker. I know banquet halls are in business to make money but this was ridiculous. Beautiful hall but we all know it's more than looks that count. Food is one of the most important items at a reception especially when your paying $$ for it. And in discussing with other people who attended the reception...all of what I mentioned wasn't just noticed by myself.

Very nice place for intimate events. I've been here from wedding receptions to repast and all have beem decorated wonderfully. The food has been hot, fresh, well seasoned and the staff is very friendly. Bathrooms are small but clean and stocked with toiletries.

Beautiful, but my kids had one issue which is that it was dark in the back of the building come Nightfall so please turn on lights
