Don't trust this company. They just wanted your money and not really thinking about what benefits you can get if you really have any. The reps don't disclose everything you need to know and just let you sign all the documents you needed to sign. Then there's no backing out of it.
Management gives to much workload to the employees. This means that everyone is overworked and constantly stressed at work. The unsupportive management doesn't help either. Employees are left on their own while tasks keep piling up.
The company takes a lot of time to handle car insurance. You are made to wait and waste your precious time when they "process" everything. Not Happy!
Most aggressive salespeople I have ever seen. They pressurize you to say yes to whatever they think is the best for you rather than providing you with the necessary information and letting you decide for yourself. Idiots!
Very poor communication with Claimants..Never inspected my Totaled car in more than week..No one assigned to Claim....They have an answering machine for claims..They Dont call Back..Very unprofessional.Its been over 9 Months this corrupt and fraudulent insurance company should not be I'n business.NEVER do business with this outfit Fake insurance company.,You will get Ripped off..Regards Bruce Ferg.
Don't work here. They will hire you for one job then train you to do tasks for multiple functions. Don't be excited with these tasks. Yes, they;re challenging but once you get the hang of everything, they will expect you to wear many hats. Why hire more people if one can do the job 5 people, right? It was toxic.
Their sales campaign is horrible, including the sales reps who just throw all the insurance they sell at you without giving the information you need. They bombard you with emails and calls after a single query and doesn't know how to stop even if you tell them to a couple of times already. Their insurance benefits seems good though, It's just how they approach and communicate with you. If you need to know about their products, don't ever give any of your information. Give a fake name for they can search for it and find your email and number if you give the real one.
Once they get you to buy an insurance policy, they will be forgetting about you. I keep trying to contact my financial advisor but I'm always put on voicemail. It's ridiculous when at first they were very eager to sign you up and won't stop calling you every single day. But now that they got what they want from you, they disappear!
I have questions about my policies but it was too difficult to get a hold of my insurance agent. I'm not sure if he changed his contact details or if he's still part of the company. It's just that he could have told me beforehand who to contact to in his place if he's not connected with the company anymore. Also, their customer service sucks. They can't connect me with the agent that I'm looking for and they're not sure how to deal with my case. It's too frustrating.
