I attended the reception hall in a convenient location and the reception was quiet and sophisticated and the service was simple, systematic and fast, and there was a beautiful cooperation, plus the hospitality of the Arab and the entrance in it a lot of security and this feels comfortable to some extent.

I visited their Turkish restaurant and the least I can say about it is bad .. Eat at a very exaggerated price in return Eating is a reason for me and my wife health problems God and yes agent

The moroccan bath by Ruby (I think)was awful. She did not even know the techniques. It was so hard that she scratched me !!
I have not enjoyed the moroccan bath, but other facilities were ok.

First of all, don t be surprised it is a 3 stars hotel with 5 stars sign!! Starting from Unprofessional receptionist who told me that I have no reservation while he was unable to find it. Any thing you want it will take ages to reach your room. I ordered a prayer mat which delivered 3 hours later. The suite is poorly designed. The housekeeper nocked my door in midnight by mistake!
My advice, save your money and don t expect much from this hotel .

One of the best residences for coming to Riyadh due to its proximity to the airport 12d by car, and because of its proximity to the main roads in Riyadh, it is flawed due to the high cost of rooms in it.

Everything was good, the room was clean,comfortable and cozy. The service was great.
The price was a little bit too high.

I actually checked in and checked out, stranding myself but I prefer that to their rooms which smell like ashtrays. I went up and down 3 times because they said must be one room but all smelt of cigarettes and in one case the entire floor wreaked of garbage. The lobby smells like a kitchen because of the buffet and lack of any attempt to make the lobby smell better. Very very poor hygiene

I tried Ramadan breakfast 2019. It was a sweet time when more than one corner and the chapel was close to the floor above and the place was not crowded with a thirst

The hotel is clean and its smell is beautiful, but it is very nice, the rooms are small and the way to arrange it, the breakfast buffet is not up to 3 star standard, the rooms are isolated if there is a common door you hear your neighbors, the price is overpriced compared to other hotels

The coffee shop is extremely expensive. Minimum charge 100 SAR per person. Prices are 2 to 3 times higher than similar hotels and coffee shops.
There is no parking for visitors. The valet service costs 50 SAR and extremely slow to bring back the car.
Only advantage is nice outdoor terrace that can be enjoyed if outside temperature is not very high.

Too expensive.. I would rather prefer to stay in Ritz Carlton than here.

If you are a new groom and want to come to the hotel after taking your wife, do not go to this hotel at all.
I booked a suite and asked them for the bridal package, the suite is very poor, the lighting is tired, the dust on the antiques has caught the room from the entrance, the TV table is broken and pine is old. As for the bouquet, you have chosen Zain, there is a clear rose, the quality of Abu Real, the hall you left surrounded by flowers and nothing, Majab balloons and you do not feel that you are originally a wedding.
And on top of all this, service is very, very tired. In order for the reception to answer you, you can take 20 minutes.
