This hotel has a shopping mall. The view from the top levels is magnificent, there is spa and hair stylist for women. As most of Kempinski hotels they offer a car with driver for your transportations.

Good but there is no parking and they charge 50 riyals to park the car

Great location, beautiful luxurious interior, staff extremely courtios and friendly. Love the rooms, showers to die for. Stay on the highest levels if you wish. Beautiful glorious sun rise to marvel at.

I lived in this hotel during the Corona epidemic .. There is no valet parking and nothing in the refrigerator, perhaps due to the preventive measures.
However, there is no price reduction.
The toilet was messy and the sound of the water annoying. I stayed for four days and two nights had repairs and the sound of knocking was so annoying that I spoke to the receptionist and please solve the problem.
The service is quick and the reception is nice.
The entrance to the hotel is unclear to Uber drivers, and they usually head to apartments and it is difficult to return. I ordered a cake called Opera, and it didn't taste good.

Went for Friday brunch at the Aroma restaurant in the Rafal Kempinski. Reasonable selection of food across a variety of tastes. Bit of a let down to be charged SAR 38 for a small bottle of still water, shame!
