Great hotel with good service and a beautiful view. Worth every penny

I stayed here for wedding night. It was excellent. Room was specious, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and classy. Staff were polite and always smiling. Room services were provided shortly. On the negative side, hotel entrance is too strict and the car lifter is annoying. Also, services/food prices are unreasonably high.

I tried the spa with them and it was a nice treat and the visitors were very small. The lobby was very nice and the reception was very nice.

The room and hygiene are poor and the furniture is old. I advise against staying in it

Its an Upscale Luxury Hotel in the tallest tower in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Scintillating views from rooms. Offers authentic Resense the Spa, and well equipped Gym. Offers authentic Turkish cousine and a very elegant Lobby Cafe

Visited the cigar lounge only, El Capitolio, it wasn't up to bar with what the lounge claims to be. At first, we were served the review sample of the cigars they offer, when we finally made the choice, the waiter went to prepare the them and after about 7 minutes he came back and told us that the cigar we chose is out of stock. Such a high-end place should be more than keen on their inventory management.
We settled for another brand, however, the waiter came back with a dried out cigars. It is ridiculous that a cigar lounge, and a 5 stars at that, can't keep proper storing of their cigars!

Very nice hotel, with great facilities but its entrance needs to be little bit bigger.

My experience in it was wonderful in terms of rooms, eating and reception was prepared for the memory of my marriage and Makasro performed the duty was the best day

I stayed at it ~ and it was very excellent ~ the room was nice and the breakfast was special

I visited the restaurant only .. it was nice and varied but I thought the price was overpriced 150 SR per person
