Burj Rafal Hotel Kempinski Review

Excellent .. but the price is very overpriced ... even the prices of Geneva and Manhattan are lower than that of Baccayeeeeyeeer

Very good but the Turkish restaurant is excellent on the service side but eating is plain and expensive

Very nice and elegant 5 star hotel with a full services. Upscale hotel on king Fahad road.

Good rooms overall, but not as good as the other high end hotels in Riyadh; such as the Four Seasons, Alfaisaliah, Ritz-carlton, etc.

1- The location is great and it is the best
(Close to the vital and tourist places of Riyadh) and this is distinguished in it

2- The staff is not cheerful and unhelpful, especially the reception. Few people find someone smiling.
(I advise the management to intensify advanced courses for the staff on how to deal with guests)
Frankly, I am inside a government clinic
3- Hygiene 70% I hope better than that
4- Parking service is excellent 100%
5- The hotel facilities are few
6- The prices are high compared to the service, cleanliness and quality

I just finished my lunch and it was bad!!!
I ordered the salmon salad and I paid SR. 168. For the salad and a small water. My salad was poorly prepared and the ingredients were not fresh and done in a bad taste!! So sorry to be this critical but Kempinski should do much better.
I m only writing about the food.

I have experimented with massage Ghali very much differentiated from the rest and service are the same

One of the nicest hotels in Riyadh ... rooms, breakfasts and even the banquet hall are very nice

The hotel is great, quiet and beautiful. I tried to eat them and I liked the buffet. It is full of choices and they are all delicious. May God bless you.

Nice coffee shops and a good place to hold business meetings

We were in azen restaurant, they had 3 menus, sushi, grills, dishes and burger, tried the truffle fajitas, raw meat, shrimp delicious, plain chicken, tried the salmon and was also savory, we tried the cooked sushi on shrimp was fantastic and the burgers would be likened to the quality of the meat , The price is quite high but if you have an Interinter application you can buy a main dish and the second is free.

Looks good from outside but inside most of the stuff doesn't work. If you are coming meeting rooms here then ensure that you have enough supplies of blankets for your participants since the air conditioning in the meeting rooms will become freezer in no time. Asking the support staff will be fruitless. The hotel has serious maintenance issues, and do expect fire drill in the middle of your meetings.

The place is elegant. Great decoration. I enjoyed the food. Great customer service. Plenty of parking. Location is on king fahad road. The restaurants are well decorated. The is plenty. There is a repetition of some dishes if you visit the restaurant on consqutive days. The rooms are clean and well kept. Highly recommended.

Ww were in a semi annual gathering for STC. The atmosphere was wonderful and the facilities is excellent. We face an issue of parking but overall the experience was nice.

The first Maskent date 25/7/2016 was excellent once. Excellent breakfast, excellent service, good breakfast, good breakfast

The hotel is good. The room view is amazing. I got access to the business lounge but the food for breakfast was limited and not hot. The wood in the room could use some maintenance.

Do not compare to the Ritz Carlton, the Four Seasons or the Al Faisaliah Hotel

The hotel is nice and elegant but there is a bad employee called Farhan Farhan I wish the management of the hotel to consider his dealings with the guests .. Thank you to Professor RAKAN Al Ghosn and Professor Abdul Rahman Tawfiq to improve the deal understanding of the reality of the facade of the hotel supervisor.

The exhibitions that were held there, I was suffering, but difficult to reach

I just attended a meeting ,The hotel definitely luxurious,
but Didn't like the meeting hall .....
May be it's a new event in this new hall and still not prepared well
