The buffet in the third floor is good and less than good and eating is not saved, and the answer is not repeated, but after the required and possible, after you mean, you pay and do not know, and you can eat from the food you eat Try not to repeat the hotel means that the level imposed on everything that is on the customer

The Rafal Tower is a skyscraper located in the Saudi capital of Riyadh on the King Fahad Road in Al Sahafa district. It is 308 meters tall and 62 floors high. It is owned by Rafal Real Estate Company and opened in January 2014. The tower includes the Kempinski hotel, several restaurants, health clubs, luxurious and luxurious halls, and its location in the Press district of Riyadh next to Al Shabab Saudi Club.

The hotel is a name for luxury in Riyadh, the name alone is enough, the Saudi youth in the reception and restaurants treated the taste of the atmosphere and decorations of the rooms and cafes wonderful breakfast buffet on the third floor is distinctive, the morning they answer you orange juice and no Qahmoh with the employee at the time of waking up, Cavalli Cafe and other restaurants and cafes wonderful. ...

There is nothing wrong with it .. but if you compare it with Kempinski Cairo, the big difference will be evident in several aspects .. service, price, amenities available in the room ... for the benefit of Cairo

It is a nice hotel, but they need to install more signs especially in the parking area.
Also the training and restaurants area feels like a maze.
On the positive side, very professional and helpful staff. And they also have a great chef.

A very sophisticated hotel and its services are distinguished in all respects. As for the reception staff, the employee Nawal Hazazi is very sophisticated and distinguished by providing all the services for the guest's comfort.

Yesterday, I booked the brothers at the reception. They were very respectful, especially Brother Abdelaziz, and at the Call Center, Mr. Shady, I expect an Egyptian woman.

I have too many notes

1 The view and entrance to the heated room is beautiful

2 the receptionist was smiling and respectful, his name was Abdulaziz
My stay was yesterday, on December 2, 2019, around 2 pm, when I entered and left, it was around 8 or 9 pm on the same night.

3 There are many reasons that I hope to take into account:

1- General cleanliness of the carpet.

2 - The rooms are narrow, knowing that I will not have settled

3 - The design of the right rooms is not modern and elegant, but on the contrary, it is old and does not give you a sense of your presence in a hotel bearing the name of Kempinski and make you feel depressed.

4- The deficiencies are many and the equipment in the rooms is non-existent, not like the Hitloner Hotel for Riyadh, Narcissus, the Kingdom, or Al Faisaliah, or the Ritz-Carlton, the Vermont and other five-star hotels.

5- I asked to eat substandard food quality, specifically for the secretariat, another club sandwich, juice, kubba, and grape leaves, all of which I did not like (God save it from disappearing a blessing, but I am talking about the taste)

6- The eating table and its preparation is very poor. Spoons, forks and knives without keeping in napkins or preservation towels in order to put them on your clothes and keep them from getting dirty or to wipe the food by the hands

7- The room corridors in the floors are very narrow, and the hygiene is very poor

8- The hotel was left on the same day, because there was also inconvenience and the isolation rate was non-existent.

9- Also a policy. If you ask for something, I will be charged for it immediately. This is a very bad service. The first time I see it in a hotel in most countries I have visited

10 - As for me, the visit will not be repeated. There are hotels, as I mentioned, much better and more luxurious, and at very competitive prices

A down payment of around 1840 for the room
Two sandwich club, two orange juice, one plate with two kebbeh, two pastries, and a plate of vine leaves 399 SAR

Morocco students of coffee and cheesecake 187 riyals, and cheesecake, in short, moldy, I could only eat one spoonful

In general, I hope the hotel management will pay attention to the details of the officials. I see them being absent from the officials and go back and say that the visit will not be repeated and I do not recommend staying in the hotel. There are better places in Riyadh, better prices, better cleanliness.

Pros:
