Burj Rafal Hotel Kempinski Review

Great place good service and friendly staff and for sure delicious food

Speaking of my experience of sitting in the hotel lobby "without housing",
- From the day you enter the external inspection gate to reach the entrance to the hotel, you get the impression that it is an elegant and sweet place..Even if you enter the hotel, it is true. There are many people, but the atmosphere is elegant, elegant and sweet .. I personally recommend it .. As for the accommodation and the rooms I have not tried.

Rooms were clean, but there are some points that you have to consider:

1. All staff must be trained (ex. Receptionist and room services).
2. You may get some false information about the hotel. (Ex. I asked the receptionist while check-in that their restaurants open buffet will be open while my stay, she answered yes, ofcourse! , but unfortunately when I went to check it was closed for maintenance.
3. Prices are high for the services that you ll get, room service are as good as 3 stars hotel not more.

Be aware of that, I did mistake that I will learn from, and I dont want others to do the same. Good luck!

It was a nice experience at burj Rafal hotel. Nice Infrastructure and Cooperative staff..

The Aroma restaurant on the third floor is a delightful buffet but the kufi in the lobby counts 100 riyals on the session not overpriced

On the same level as the Kingdom Hotel or Al Faisaliah, it is not impressive, much less than the Ritz Carlton. His attitudes are not great. His food is plain. General clean. In his baths a wondrous disadvantage is that the taps expect a bit of water outside the basins and a weak water flow.
Same level as The Kingdom hotel and the likes, not wow, and far below Ritz Carlton. Parking area is not big. Generally clean. Has a weird design flaw in its bathrooms causing a portion of the water to always fall outside the basin, and the water pressure is too low.

Open buffet was average and priced at 195 riyals

The hotel is great and overlooks the Riad from a height

Beautiful and wonderful but the rooms do not care about the details. In a sense, if you see sofas or floors received spot. Possible received remnants and scratches under the sofas

My experience was very nice, the room space is fantastic, the panoramic view is very nice but I have a note that the wait in front of the elevator entrance is very annoying

Frankly, there are hotels and better options than this

Attended Google cloud event. There is no charging stations available in the hotel.
