There was power outage only on the hotel building. They cannot handle emergencies. Food was terrible. Kitchen staff were rude. Management ignore your calls.

Was quarntined here for 1 week. Had a great stay, and the services were outstanding. For that, I'd like to thank the leaders of our nation for making it possible.

The place is wonderful and nice but the corridors of the rooms are full of smoke. Room service has a problem connecting to the rooms. Request for water and what I received only after 40 minutes of the request

I've tried many Ramadan iftars in hotels, but i can proudly say in terms of food, quantity and quality this was really bad. Only food though I'm not talkimg about the area ( buildings, facilities or cleanliness). So in terms of Iftar : never again.
