The price for the open buffet was low compering with other hotels .. good varieties parking is available for free

The chocolate shop offers coffee (Element Coffee) go for iced Spanish latte with double espresso shots

The worst deep cleansing ever. The Morocen bath done by Ruby for me, my mother and sister was too hard. She doesn't know the technique of making it. After this awful cleansing, I had to go to a doctor (dermatologist) trying to recover these problems ( scratches- dark spots- roughness). I need to pay extra 250 riyals for the cream just because Ruby doesn't know how to do the right deep cleansing
I really like this hotel , the restaurant and the spa but of course not the deep cleansing.

I tried the breakfast buffet, the service is excellent but the food is tasty ...

Tugra- An absolutely delightful culinary experience!

I have been twice in Tugra. First was on kabab nights it was great night with to many turkish food selections and delicious experience.

We came here with my guests to the advice of our friends for try their fine dining menu. Absolutely the best dining experience I ever had in Riyadh. Hands down. Chef and his team prepared an impeccable meal that would delight the most discerning palate!

Course after course my guests and myself were mesmerized by the culinary skill and that easily deserves a award!

am coming to tugra restaurant for the first time. Also was so happy to be here. Everthing is incredibly delicious.it was a great night. I have lived again that turk s cuisine is really delicious. Young chefs they created wonders. I think am very fortunate to have come to the tugra restaurant.

I am enjoying my stay at the Burj Rafal immensely. The architecture is great, the interiors well-thought out. I have only one comment: Please replace the small water-bottles that are found everywhere (room, gym, etc.) by larger bottles or even better by a reusable and refillable solution.

This is one of my favorite spots in riyadh. The hotel hosts multiple restaurants that are top class and their caffe is one of the best around, when it comes to the seating area which is outdoor, and the verity of selections that they provide.
