The staff were lovely and helpful and room amazing. Special shout out to Feras who was super patient and helpful with checkin process and follow up!

One of Marriott hotels. Have to be nice. Food was good as well

I went there for their Cigar lounge. The lounge is good and a bit upscale however they have more than poor cigar selections. If you want to get a relaxing time for you or for groups that's your place but bring your cigar with you. I hope the owner is reading this, the cigar humidor in the outside is very bad and the cigar are dry as hell, it doesn't look good for the experienced smoker and gives very horrible impressions about what you have in store for cigars.

Didn't like the idea of minimum charge on their sigar lounge and the lobby coffee shop.

Perfect in all ways where you can enjoy so many activities with professionally and different tastes i really do recommend to go there in business tasks and meeting where most of the places are prepared for it and service is great.

One thing i didn't like but the hosting team took care of it where my company was in an event and below us a full preparation for wedding and most of the time the noise of preparation from labours really distracted our meeting. Management needs to take care of that specially when business meetings are conducted.

The staff of the hotel are nice but the service in the Aroma restaurant I really the manager Biju are not good always uses his phone and watching tictok Always angry he treat not good he have a lot of problem with Saudi there is host she really nice always nice and always on time when I see Biju how he treat her not nice he don't care he always I hear that to her on day everyone have their excuses I hear from Biju while he scream to the host if you are late he bring the paper to cut from the salary and I need to thank all the staff in the hotel

My review on the open buffet dining is of acceptable standard and not the reputation of the hotel

If they change the way you enter the hotel as if you were inside a war zone, a hotel

The hotel services were acceptable but the facilities and furniture were not up to the expectations ,
I did contact the room service 3 times within an hour just for fixing 3 different issues
: 1- wardrobe fell down
2- tv is not working

And i saw that the bathroom wasn t well prepared

So sad and shocked that 5 stars hotel is managed that way
I have to give the credit to people working there , helpful and friendly
But in general, 3/10 is my rating
In compare to what i paid, I will not come again as well as I won t recommend it.
