- So invest your energies must be discovered first and then working on their development and careful to operate constantly so as not to be negligent and ends with negligence.
- Until you discover your energies, you should look at your past successes and discover your energies and work to develop them.
- Comparing self-successes to others' successes is often futile and unfair and leads to the suppression of your energies because aspects of people's differentiation and energy vary.

The hotel is nice but the cupboard in the wedding ceremony which I attended is not comfortable to sit down and most of the guests complain about it. I do not know whether it is the responsibility of the management of the house, the hotel or the people of marriage.

I entered the buffet on Friday, eating, unfortunately, cold, I had a shurma, I could taste it, I expected the fat to be frozen, and the same as the steak, the grills, what was the worst, and it was only Saaakhan, the piece of sweets, or the apple pie. Unfortunately, the rest was cold and plain, and a little salad was 190, with a drink of 25 riyals. Disadvantage of getting to the restaurant was a trench inside from the sept to the passageway

Its location is excellent, far from the crowds and close to the airport .. It has more than one restaurant and a cafe.
I tried the "Le Peugeot" cafe in the lobby .. Very good, but it needs an upgrade in the menu ..

Inaugurated in January 2014, this vertical residential suburb extends a height of 70 luxurious floors, built on a land area of 20 thousand square meters, to be the first integrated vertical suburb and the most prestigious in Riyadh. The suburb is equipped with the latest facilities and integrated systems to go in line with the Kempinski Hotel - one of the most famous European luxury hotels in the world.

The Rafal Tower is one of the most desirable addresses in the city of Riyadh, an integrated residential suburb pulsing with life, its residents and visitors enjoy a quality of life that reflects luxury and luxury

Rafal Real Estate Development Company announced the completion of its exit from the Rafal Tower Kempinski Riyadh, for the Riyadh REIT Fund, and the Marvela suburb for the benefit of Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund.

The Rafal Company - in a statement that "Argaam" received a copy of it - stated that the sale value of Marvela suburb in favor of "Jadwa REIT" amounted to 606 million riyals, while Riyadh Capital indicated that the sale value of Kempinski Riyadh amounted to 677 million riyals.

"Rafal" said in its statement that it plans to invest the entire liquidity obtained from its exit from these two projects in developing a group of mixed-use projects in the city of Riyadh.

According to the data available in "Argaam", the "Riyadh REIT Fund" had signed in March 2017 three conditional memoranda of understanding to acquire 3 real estate assets in the cities of Riyadh and Jeddah, for a total amount of approximately 1.1 billion riyals, including the Kempinski Hotel Riyadh.

The worst hotel I ever stayed in. The staff are all unprofessional, the women s pool is not working, the spa doesn t have enough emenities. Me and my sister booked an hotel room just to use the spa and the pool. We called 3 times before booking a room to make sure the pool and the spa are currently open and not under construction and ALL of the staff told us it is currently open but we were surprised to discover that it s out of service shortly after checking in. We called the lobby again and spoke to couple of staff members and finally reached out to the manager but sadly none offered us a solution nor a compensation.

The manager (mr. Alharbi) told us he would offer us an access to the pool and spa any other day and we agreed but when we came another day we discovered AGAIN, that it is still under construction despite him telling us we can come and assuring us it s working. We waited at the lobby for him for an hour. He was so unprofessional and we were so disappointed. He wasted our time and efforts. What kind of hotel manager is this?

Overall, horrible experience.

This review is for THE SPA RENESE at this hotel. I just recently visited this spa for a series of facials and massage treatments. While I do agree that the setting an ddecoration at this spa in one of a kind in a city like Riyadh, I have to say that I was extremely disappointed with the treatments extended to me. My therapist, who the receptionist claimed to be a registered massage therapist, didnt know the first thing about massage. The swedish massage was so horribly worng that it left me with sore muscles and pain that lasted for days. The facial was even worse; for 600 Riyals, it was a rip off. She was the most unimpressive unskilled esthetician I had ever seen. I will never be returning!
