absolutely dishonest. They badly ruined my car (600 euro) on july first and they didn't report the demage to me. I was luky I found that out by myself since it was on the back of the car. They asked me to fill out a paperwork but I'm still waiting to hear back from them after one month and a half. I'm calling them everyday and either they tell me that they Will Call me back or send me an email or they tell me they couldn't reach the insurance company yet. Returning at midnight, we were made to wait outside in the courtyard a lot, after paying at the automatic pay machines while inside there were THREE MEN NOT TO DO ANYTHING, the usual old man came out and handed over the three cars to the others (we came with the old car because we decided not to leave the second new car open for two weeks).
