Used the service several times, ONLY for the lower cost of the competition. It remains rude, listless staff. Last gem booked 3 months before covered parking, I find the car (new) in the hail denying the evidence ("delays in booking, place not available, we understood each other poorly, however we are insured"). The important thing is to deny the evidence! (the does not charge the parking to "reconcile" does not work). Before I did not suggest now I highly NOT recommend.
