absolutely dishonest. They badly ruined my car (600 euro) on july first and they didn't report the demage to me. I was luky I found that out by myself since it was on the back of the car. They asked me to fill out a paperwork but I'm still waiting to hear back from them after one month and a half. I'm calling them everyday and either they tell me that they Will Call me back or send me an email or they tell me they couldn't reach the insurance company yet. In additon the shuttle bus is not very well organized and I waited 30 minutes at the airport. Stay away from this parking lot. Davide
