Unfriendly staff, absolute carers, people here are interested in taking the money without giving a minimum of service BY MAKING A LOT OF PAY.
that both going and returning have treated us badly. On the way there was an unfriendly welcome from an obnoxious elderly gentleman, then the driver who was watching while I, girl, tried to put the two heavy suitcases in their (very old) van, it seems they have only this, it is clear from long wait. A race with an absurd speed ... to throw up!
Returning at midnight, we were made to wait outside in the courtyard a lot, after paying at the automatic pay machines while inside there were THREE MEN NOT TO DO ANYTHING,
the usual old man came out and handed over the three cars to the others (we came with the old car because we decided not to leave the second new car open for two weeks). When they all left, he turned to us saying: ah you can take your car, it's there at the bottom of the parking lot somewhere !!!! But to say right away that he had no desire to go and get her?!
We travel often and usually leave the car in paid parking lots, we have always received excellent service .... elsewhere but not here ...
SHAME !!!!!!
