After walking the Riverwalk, this was a Great Choice..

Brues Alehouse is one of the 'Jewels of Pueblo'. Everything about this place is amazing. Its located on the Riverwalk, it has really good craft beers, great service and great food. I ended up staying there for a few hours and took my time to enjoy my food. The bartender who looked after me, Kyle was a very good host, although it was extremely busy he took enough time to walk me through the menu and helped select a good beer to enjoy with my meal. On this visit, I tried the Heirloom Burrata a Tomato and Burrata Cheese salad, which was very good. For my main course, I had the Carne Steak Tacos which was a summer favourite on the menu. The tacos were very good and I managed somehow to eat every bite. My Beer choice that night was the "Nitro Manthers' which was on the menu at the time. Like most brewpubs, they change up the menu to keep things interesting. Brues Alehouse is an awesome space and worth the visit if you're ever in Pueblo.

Had lunch outside on the riverwalk. Beautiful day, great table, nice music playing, not too loud. Our server, Alex provided excellent service. He brought us waters right away, even our dog. Husband and I shared the green chili bacon burger because the burgers are pretty big. It was delicious! We had regular fries and sweet potato and both were really good. Had the Vintage Funk lambic beer, very tasty. Overall this place is excellent! Totally recommend it.

The staff were awesome and the manager was even better. The food and vibe overall is great. Its a must and check out the small venue concert area its perfect for Pueblo. Thank you. I can't wait visit during lunch time and have coffee.

Interesting restaurant with many tasty choices. Great for a coffee break, a full meal, or drinks and appetizers with friends. Outside seating option on nice days. Along the beautiful River Walk and military services memorials in Pueblo...a nice day trip!

The beer is good, its got the best variety in town. But its best to eat before you get here. 10$ for a ceasar salad. Want chicken on it? 16$ salad. A few wings? $10. Portions weren't large either. Salmon dish was small, bland and rice was crunchy(22$).

Ive been here a few times, its got a reputable beer selection as far as variety... but definitely eat before you come.

Not from the local area so I wanted to try a local brew and dinner. Didn't have all house brews available first off. So I order something different from suggestion from the staff. My brew comes out in a dirty glass with stuff stuck to the inside of the glass. I tried the infamous Slopper sandwich. Burger is burnt to a crisp and the Green Chilli Sauce has either pork or chicken in it which was not listed on the menu and I couldnt determine what it was. Waitress was in no way remorseful with my horrible experience and I will never go back to this establishment.

First time we have been here! I can't say enough nice things about the food here! My husband had the shredded pork tacos $10. I ordered their bowl of green chili for $5 and the salad with the steak for $15. We shared a bottle of wine that we bought from the bar while we waited on our table. The bar staff and even the people sitting at the bar were awesome. It's unusual that everything we had was excellent but it was! We loved every single item. The meat on the salad was so tender. It had raspberries and blue cheese crumbles. It is a brewery but we weren't in the mood for beer but they have a great variety. Seriously I'd drive the two hours from Denver for that meal! Our waiter was excellent. We sat at a high top outside. We were in Pueblo under unhappy circumstances and the hospital nurse recommended this place by the river walk. I didn't even know there was a river walk in Pueblo! The city did a great job with this. Highly recommend! Excellent. Thanks for brightening our day!

Good food, good beer, reasonable prices. The ketchup tasted homemade; we liked it a lot. They were okay with our dog out on patio. It would be awesome if there was more seating out there, but I would eat there again if I'm in the area.

Great beer, had the boneyard blonde. Absolutely awful service. Extremely slow wait staff. Threw our check down on the table after we asked three times. Incorrect amount on first and second receipt. Food was fine, pork tacos and chicken Alfredo. Staff had no idea of what they were out of until we waited twenty minutes after ordering. We are from the Springs, and will not be back. Had corn hole out front which was nice.

Brues is the first (and, as of this review, only) brewpub in the Pueblo area. With such a lack of competition, it'd be easy for the Brewery to rest on its laurels and provide a so-so experience. I'm happy to say that this is not the case. The beer is excellent and on par with what you'd expect from breweries in the northern part of Colorado, and the food is some of the best in town. The staff is friendly and competent, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the location is in the heart of downtown on the River Walk. I don't visit Pueblo too frequently, but when I do, Brues is my first stop.

The food is excellent and there is something for everyone. The beer is great. The service is pretty consistently good. Sometimes the service gets a little slow, but everything is worth the wait.

Sitting next to the river was wonderful but the customer service and taste of food was awful. To bad, it was my first time here and I would have liked to enjoy myself. I got the California fries which was bland and our waiter hardly came by to see if everything was alright. Waiters from other tables refilled my beverage and did my waiter's job.

My bf and I split the Turkey BLTA sandwich (can't remember the exact name), and it was delicious! Service was great, and staff was friendly. The location is right next to the riverwalk, with outdoor seating and on a sunny day, it's very nice!

Brues Brewhouse was amazing yesterday. The service was prompt and really friendly (Casey). It was chilly so the host worked at finding us a sunny spot out of the wind with a good view of the river. The beer (first one on the menu) was excellent, and the Breus burger and fries were fantastic.and big enough fir two seniors to share. And it was served hot. Will definitely go back to sit on the deck above to enjoy the sunset with weather in the 60s and above. Pueblo River Walk is a great place to go for an afternoon get away! Get reservations. There was a line if not.

Stopped in for a snack. Great beers and shishito peppers. The waiter wasn't familiar with what MSG was (which I'm allergic to) so since the Ranch dressing was questionable we got blue cheese dressing to dip the peppers in and it was delicious! Restaurant is really upscale on the inside but incredibly noisy, so beware if you're looking for a quiet place- this isn't it.

Trash. Save your money. Came here for drinks while passing through. Went to the bar on the patio and ordered signature cocktails . Ordered 2 margaritas and the bartender didn t measure properly so the cups were only filled up halfway. Instead of making more the right way he added even more ice and some extra juice in one of them. They were completely different colors and the worst margaritas I ve ever had. I get it that it s a brewery but don t advertise signature cocktails if your bartenders can t make a simple margarita. Especially for those prices. Paid $46 for 4 drinks . Our other 2 drinks were Moscow mules which were a little better but still overpriced for the quality. There s a nice pizzeria down the river walk which is 100 times better with affordable drinks.

The burgers here were AMAZING (we were happily surprised!) and the kids meals were good sized and the kids enjoyed them. Easy to call order in, walk the Riverwalk and grab on the way out. Glad we found this place while traveling through!

Their patio right on the Riverwalk is lovely. We were immediately welcomed with our dog and quickly provided a bowl of ice water. The food and beer is great! Try the Slopper. It's a burger smothered in green chili and is apparently a specialty in the area. We will definitely stop by again next time we pass through.

Food is flavorful and, since the price drop, fairly priced. Service isn't too slow and the staff is very friendly. Deserts are wonderful as well. Great atmosphere and location. It's perfect for anyone looking for a fairly upscale place. Just try to come at off-peak times, as I'm told service can suffer when it gets especially busy.

The outdoor seating in this historic building has a great view of the Riverwalk. The beer is ok, IPA was our favorite. Food was a step up from bar fare. The dessert counter looked delicious but we were full from the meal. We waitied nearly 30 minutes to grab a table outside. Because it was busy, food was slowly to come out but the waiter was on point. Overall, it was a good experience sitting outside in downtown Pueblo.
