Absolutely terrible service falsely advertised. Do not buy! Especially with the year long contract. They will sue you if you want to break the contract after discovering that the service does not do what the contract promised.

My company has been using the Definitive Healthcare database for over a year now. We recently renewed our contract with them and we have been very happy with their service. Joe Mirisola and Colin Madigan are my main contacts there and their service has been superior. When I need a special report, Colin sends it to me the same day as I request it. Joe answers our questions promptly and thoroughly, giving us tips on how to maneuver around the site.
The information we get from Definitive is current and navigating the website is very easy and user friendly. We particularly like the tabs with the affiliate facilities in each record as well as the Executive contacts and Technology tabs. And we have been able to gather great information from the News and Intelligence section.
