Got paperwork 4 hours after my appointment.. seems like I got skipped.. a whole group of trucks that came in after me unloaded and left before me...

This place sucks!!! Slow to offload but sure as hell wants you on time to wait for them..

Less than half a trailer and I ve been here since noon. Granted my appointment was for 1300 so I ll give them a pass on the first hour, but it s now 1800 and they still aren t done unloading. And from what I ve heard of other s lumper fees it s going to easily be over $500. If you re going to charge that much you d think you d at least get the people out quickly to keep them happy.

If we came early than the appointment time they will not allow us to park truck inside the facilty . Never came early . my appointment was at 3 am they took 5 hour to unload . After that they ask me for paying 170$ unloading fees .

This place was great. Check in at 9am and was done by 10:55am. Everyone from guard gate to office and lumper was great. Lumper was 125.00 and I had a full truck. Ten miles away is Tyler Truck stop a Valero plenty of parking. Barber there until 11pm restaurant till ten pm. Big laundry room cheap fuel. If your a ass you will be treated like a ass. Drivers I was good you will be too.

Some of the slowest lumper service in the trucking industry. 6.5 hrs to get unloaded. And their check in procedures are aweful

Great place to deliver. I had a 4:00 am appointment. At a door at 2:45 am checked in window 3:45am and on way out at 4:45 am. Everyone was polite and friendly.

Spring Market #722....I had a recent frustrating experience that other fuel customers need to be aware of at this Spring Market location. On August 28, 2019 I pulled in to fill up with diesel. I was in a hurry, it was 106 degrees I accidentally pulled up to the unleaded only pump, slid my bank debit card before realizing it didn't have diesel, only unleaded. My bad! I immediately pushed the cancel button and printed a receipt that showed 0.000 gallons pumped. After that I moved to another set of pumps with diesel and filled up my truck ($58.00). When I got home I checked my bank transactions and noticed a - $90.00 charge had been made to my debit card from this $0.00 cancellation I made at the pump. I then called the corporate office Brookshire's in Tyler. I was transferred to another department that handles credit and debit card problems. I was told that due to worthless criminals somehow scamming fuel purchases with debit cards and whenever a customer cancels a transaction their system automatically places a $90.00 hold on your bank account. So far I've made 3 calls in the last 3 days and still this issue has not been resolved. I agree with everyone regarding the very nice internal store, courteous staff and exceptional service, however this does not help me get my $90.00 refunded back to my bank account. Basically they are holding my money, $90.00, for absolutely no reason. This isn't good especially if you are disabled living on a fixed SSD monthly income. Live and learn.

Stopped at Brookshire's for a gift card, got double rewards points for discounted gas.

You would think that Corporate would care about their stores. Abroad but don't believe yourself or fool yourself...this is the worst chain store ever Sweetwater/Cisco both are terrriable looking forward to the day. That condition comes in

There is a stench of rotting pigs at the guard shack caring high points. U better have your paperwork ready when you approach the guard shack and you better not be black cuz that crank inside will shoot back!!! Good price on lumping. Once you get past the neo nazi cop wannabes... your standard run off the assembly line warehouse. Not a good place to unload. 3 hours for 2 skids of ice cream.

Arrived and assigned door at 330am...just to find out...they already had a trailer dropped in that door. Wouldn't Assign any other available doors( there were at least a dozen available), been waiting for hour and half just to back in my door..some appointment honor system here..

My appointment time was 06:00 and u come one hour before your appointment time .. finish unloading and paperwork in hand at 11am. There s no overnight parking at this location but u can drive one block and park off of I believe Capital rd...

I was concerned about the bad comments and reviews about this place but i can say they treated me great. Even tho i was late for my appoinment, they took me in and unloaded me quick, I was in n out like in 2 hours. The security guys are great people.

Very quick in and out. All of the employees were very pleasant.

They sure take their sweet time unloading and doing paper work been here since 10a.m. these people donr care if you run out driving time smh

Like other please they don't care about trucks drivers no overnight parking lumper depends on you load they accept any com check t check about 4 Hrs to unload 6 pallets of dry load

It is very convenient to come here and there produce is spot on. Prices are getting better and some are comparable to Walmart.

TRUCK ENTRANCE ADDRESS IS: 4878 OLD JACKSONVILLE HWY, TYLER TX 75703. Do not use the given address on your Bols because it will lead you to the wrong entrance and it will be very difficult to try and turn around in a semi. Anyway, I arrived at 8:40 am for a 9 am appointment. After you check in with the gaurd, park in the middle across from the docks to stage and walk to the driver's entrance to check in at the office. The office people take a break from 8:30 am to 9 am so you will have to just stand at the window until they come back if you check in at that time. I was called by phone at 9:45 am and given a door. I recieved paperwork at 2:15 pm . The people that work here were all very nice and didn't look like they hated their job so that was probably the only good thing.

Have an appointment for 4 am showed up at 3;25 am 5 hrs later lumper fee of $285. Security very nice but lumpers take forever and expensive be ready to expend 6 hrs here.

Lumpers need to pay better attention at the window drivers have better things to do than watching the lumper service visit with each other.

I absolutely hate the fact that Brookshires on Line Ave. No longer has the Sugarbuster Chicken Salad...This salad is Superb.Every time I go there people are asking about it. I ask the question: Who gets rid of a product that Works? Shreveport LA needs this salad back asap....

I was raised by a long-term Brookshire Employee and my Mother always taught me the Brookshire way . She had such a pride in her work and had a wall full of awards to testify to her commitment to Customer Service and Aggressive Hospitality . I shop at #51 Rice Road and I regularly check out with Maria , the one checker that portrays the Brookshire way every time I see her. I know she holds the same pride in her job - a job that is often overlooked - that my mother did and I wanted to recognize her today - not for just what she did today, but for what she does each and every time I see her. GOOD JOB MARIA - you re the best!

DO NOT GO THERE TO DELIVER ..
This place have the practice to refuse the whole pallet only because 1 tiny small thing is damaged ..
I had 20oz bottles of water, 2 of them was damaged, missing the caps ...
Instead of refusing the whole case ,
They decided to refuse the whole pallet and took them 34 hours to " resolve " matter , at the end to tell me to throw it away ....
They DID pay detention dough , still came out a bad deal... I did miss my next load , a good one ...
I guess this is how truckers " heroes " according to the news couple months ago are treated in america ... Shame on them !! ..

Lazy! Slow! No overnight parking. Overpriced lumpers. First time here. Bad experience.

Place is kinda slow it depends on what you have.Also it was kinda hard finding the entrance to this place so i will put a pic for other drivers to find there way here.Hope this will help others.

Showed up at 11am for my noon unload appointment to be told my appointment is 2pm. Check back in and get in a door. 2hrs later and still not done unloading the 12 pallets I have. Pathetically slow. I could of unloaded the pallets case by case faster.

Clean bathroom, handed out a small bag of stuff to drivers for driver appreciation week. I'm sure the unload won't be the fastest, but super nice people here.

The worest plc to deliver sucks drivers better to dont come here for deliver avoid this plc it is my first and last to this facilty

Close Easter!!! Support your employees they would rather have time off during this time then money. But I guess Brookshires is all about money!!! Sad!!! Not a place I want to shop if this is the way they are!!!

Have to hire a lumper but it was $65 min, and I was only there 45 minutes.

Awful place to deliver, to begin with if you arrive between 0830 and 0900 they are on break time then lumper sh...t and wait all day to unload

I was half hour early for the appointment. They did not give me door till appointment time and took 4 and half hours to unload the half trailer. They unload one skid in half hour. Charge too much money too. At least they should respect for the money they get as unloading fee. I marked this place as not to go list.

I arrive 03:15, my appt.time 04:00 , them give a door at 04: 26, begin unloading process at 07:51 and FINISH at 10:26. The people very friendly, but unloading process TERRIBLE...GOOD LUCK

Very long waiting time for unloading. Check in 3:00 am, check out 3:30 pm. I got the door at 8:00 am. I recommend everyone to avoid this place. Never more !!!.

6.5 hrs and $285.00 lumperfees: wow, to get unloaded and get paper work. To the owner of Brookshire: you need to work to get a better team to handle the process of unloading. Maybe a better and less expensive lumper will be a lot better. To expensive and to slow.

Just had to deal with this RUDE & VERY DEMANDING LEO HERNANDEZ (ALSO ON FACEBOOK) Security gaurd a Brookshire's Grocery Warehouse. His complete attitude was " GIVE ME " Give me your paperwork, Give me your CDL, Give me, Give me, Give me.....

He then told me to go to door 321. At 0400 I can check in. Then I can break the seal and open the doors to get unloaded. I Asked him if he was going to check the seal. He said "NO" I told him it's not my job to break the seal until someone verified that it's on the door untampered with. He then began to yell at me and told me that I will do what he says. I TOLD HIM, " I'LL JUST TURN AROUND AND LEAVE " and started walking back to my truck with him hot on my heals screaming for the visitors badge back.... I told him I'm going in to my assigned door and will be letting someone know what took place at the gate.

I ve been shopping in BROOKESHIRES for 20 yrs and I see this company doing everything they can to make the customer experience A BEAUT the trucking part of the company I DONT KNOW. T he prices, quality, freshness I DO KNOW , they always carry ur bags out it s usually a youngster and they won t let ya TIP EM. I think that s wrong. HECK if a person wants to TIP there grocery store carry out dude or dudette COME ON MR BROOKESHIRE let em STICK it in there pocket TIMES IS TUFF lil xtra GOES ALONG WAYS and I m not an employee IM A BUSINESS OWNER of 30 yrs . My kids don t work at Brookeshires, but one day they MIGHT. Sweetwater TX store and Pharmacy is THE BEST PLACE IN TOWN for ur stuff Wal Marts huge it s out there but Brooksgires lil Higher BUT U GET WHAT U PAY FOR nice friendly HOMETOWN FEELING TOO

This place has seriously bad service i have been at this place since 5:10am 03/27/18 just for 270 pieces secretary came back off her break late no one at the window this happened twice then I went to lumper service to see if they are finished & she is getting her hair braided by her chlid seriously!! & said she is waiting on someone to bring her my bills instead of getting up & showing some initiative to find out why it's taking so long to finish 270 pieces of crouton, time know is 17:44 & I'm still here this is by far the worst grocery warehouse I have been to.!!

Not a good place to get unloaded. 10 skids and take five hours plus.

Worked the the Grocery warehouse for a little while and the people there were very friendly and considerate.

Never come to again!!! Appointment time was 1 am but they open 4 am! So bad service long time to unloading also they broke my 2 loads bars!!!

Truck drivers - be ready to sit and wait. Classic story: lazy and slow lumpers, lazy and slow checkers have no control between each other. Dirty restroom, angry faces around. One more place that needs to be wiped from our planet.

Not problems here , in/out 1 hr , parking near by home depot.

They are very slow took 5.5 hours to unload a stait pull off had to get raise hell why it was taking so long appointment was 7 am got paper work 12.30 I don't recommend unless you want to be there More than five plus hrs

This is by far the worst places to get unloaded. Hiring a lumper is a joke. If i was offered to unload a trailer for $260 that truck would've been unloaded with the hour. But im pretty sure the company they with take they cut. Never want to come here again.

Gate security nice,office good to. But unloading took to long!!!!!!... take forever ...,and expensive!

Maybe I just got here when everybody was happy but they all treated me nice and with respect. I always believed that some people breed their own treatment by being the ignorant one and not realizing it. They are slow unloading but that doesn't make them any different from 80% of other cold storage warehouses. Not a bad experience
