A shopping temple for which you need a lot of time to discover everything. One of the few stores where there are always enough employees to take care of customers. Personally, I note that in "Karls Kitchen" the dishes are noted on blackboards that the visually impaired like me cannot read. Maybe you have a better idea (e.g. blackboard closer to the guest or write larger or not lined up so closely together)

Shopping in the online shop of this retailer is terrible. Because of the customer satisfaction is very important to them. Quote: "We do everything for our customers. No compromise on service. "That's a joke. I have rarely experienced such a poor service.
Breuninger had a discount promotion on certain designer articles for 24 hours. Great, I thought. My husband has his birthday and Breuninger offers exactly what he wants. Unfortunately, I had ordered a wrong size and wanted to exchange. Does not work. Breuninger offers no exchange! This is the only online shop I know that offers no exchange. You have to return the goods and place a new order. How customer-unfriendly is that please? How does Breuninger imagine this? Should I order the item in multiple sizes and what does not fit send back? But it's expensive for designer items. What kind of shopping experience should this be, if I pay over 1000 for trying on? And since Breuninger does not offer free shipping, you would have to pay shipping costs again. That would not be so bad. I would have even paid. What annoyed me is that I do not get the discount on the new order, even though it's the same item. Why? According to customer service: the action is over. And her wish article is not available. Hello?! I did not want to order something new, just "exchange". I had already received the discount. And it's a lie, the said article is available online. The end of the song is, I have no birthday present and must disappoint my husband. Thank you Breuninger for the unforgettable shopping experience.

It seems that the scale is not very large compared to a typical Korean department store. However, as a result of selling well in every corner of the department store during the sale period, I was able to get the items I liked at a reasonable price !! I was comfortable because nobody noticed even if I could see things!

At Breuninger STG you just feel good, everything is warm and very friendly.
"Almost" all staff are nice, of course, there are always few exceptions.

But you can recommend a visit to everyone, it's worth it!

Here you can shop to your heart's content. In the wide range of goods there is something for every taste and budget.

I haven't been to Breuninger for a while and women don't necessarily want to go shopping at these times. For personal reasons it had to be. And it was as always: Excellent advice, everything clean and tidy, compliance with the hygiene rules is meticulous. I will be shopping here more often in the future.

We have known the Breuninger for several decades. He held his own because he offers quality and genuine service. Great discount promotions, a good eatery next to the other items and an irresistible selection of nice things.

I was looking for a trowser more elegant than normal. I visited some stores in Stuttgart, without service, quite poor. As soon as i entered the Breuninger sales area, i was supported to choose a trowser fitting well. A service person collected other sizes, so i had not to walk around. I enjoyed the shopping session at Breuninger and it was not much more expensive than others.

Well located with parking garages around the corner. Clear and friendly design.

Very large selection. In principle everything the heart desires for clothing. And to conclude a successful shopping day, a glass of bubbly at the beautiful champagne bar ...

My favorite shop in Stuttgart. There is everything that the fashion heart desires. The customer service including card service, the restaurant and the child care are just great. The only downer is the parking garage. This is too narrow.

Unfortunately Breuninger still has real fur in its range. Poor animals are mistreated and killed for this. Hardly any other department store has fur. Breuninger become fur-free!

Breuninger is a nice store with lots of fashionable brands in. The selection is quite wide. However the prices are very high. The same articles can be found online or even sometimes in TK Maxx for about 60% less.

Friendly service, nice shop. The waiting time was a bit long.

Breuninger is and remains simply a German giant in the fashion industry. In no other company, the customers are so lovingly and professionally cared for. Since worth the few euros more. Very big mall. You can find every kind of products. A bit high prices but there are also some sales and a bit cheaper products.

Huge selection, if you are looking you can also find good bargains. For my taste, it is too oversized from the premises = maze!

Shopping in Stuttgart and Breuniger. We liked it very much. Very good selection and competent and very friendly staff.

Obviously all malls are awesome but one down side about German malls is that their is only bathrooms located on one floor in almost the whole mall! Here it is located on the 4th floor behind the sheets/towels department. Very inconvenient when you have small children. And for a mall THIS size they should really focus on making a bigger lounge area for adults and possibly a area where kids could entertain themselves while parents use bathroom.

I was only in the custom department but was sensationally advised and treated there. Now I'm a regular customer ... thank you, Mrs Holtmann.

Love this place. Amazing selection of goods and great service.

Good in itself but with a return or complaint we had to come twice. Once to return the goods and the next day to get the money.

Staff nice and friendly. Unfortunately, a lot of the clothes in the sale were broken so that it wasn't even possible to buy them.

Great variety in the assortment. Friendliness and service of employees more than enough. Somewhat high prices, but they offer a high-end service in all departments.

The product that I bought online came damaged, of course, then sent it back immediately. Now the money has been deducted and I am also subject to, I would have used the goods, because it was apparently not in circulation! It was not even welded! An impudence! Please train your employees / packers correctly!

Shopping is fun here. Rich selection of high quality branded clothing. Often, I associate my visit with a hairdressing appointment, as well as my hair is cut there excellently.

A small downside is that the restaurant "Flo" is no longer there. As you could stay for a short time, after you had bought everything and what delicious food.

The "Breuni" will continue to be my number one, if I want to buy something.
