Went in looking for a reliable truck, left with a JFR Tacoma. Jayson made all of my dreams come true with this Tacoma. He had it lifted and ready to roll within 1 day. Will be going back to Jason!

My experiences are that of a first-time customer of Brent Brown Toyota. Overall, I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone looking to service their Toyota. I brought my Highlander in to be examined April 2021 after experiencing difficulty turning the wheel and noticing a high-pitched noise coming from under the hood whenever I turned the engine on. I was told by the mechanic that this was the result of a power steering leak and that my car's entire power steering would need to be replaced. I paid $1200.00 for the replacement including $70.00 for a part the mechanic told me they couldn't remove and would need to break. Two months after I picked up my car, the issues with the power steering returned; however, the issues were worse than when I initially brought my car in. For reference, I only drive my car two to three times a week between Provo and Orem so this problem is NOT the result of wear or tear. Now if I use my car I need to fill car's power steering fluid several times a week because it leaks that quickly. I have called the dealership repeatedly to ask them whether there was a warranty for the work I had done, or whether I could be put in contact with someone to talk about having my car looked over. I am always told someone will get in contact with me and no one ever does. The last time they told me this was almost two months ago and I've honestly given up hope that my problems will ever be addressed. At this point I am not even confident that they fixed my power steering. If they did, they either did it so poorly that the work could not hold up two months months worth of driving, or they used such poor materials that I was scammed out of $1200.00. Even if they try to contact me about this review, I am not confident I would actually be able to get in contact with them. I don't want anyone else to have to go through this.

Searched nationwide for a RAV4 prime and found one in our own back yard at Brent Brown Toyota. Kai Hendry made everything easy as she went above and beyond with great service and attention to every detail. Nate in financing also did a great job helping with paperwork. We love our new car and would definitely recommend this dealership and Kai in sales to anyone looking for a great experience!

They bend stuff but it s not over backwards to help you. I went in for the buy back event after getting a letter with a buyback price. They knew the details on my 4 runner as I had been in recently. I made an appointment and came when scheduled. They like to play games and had me waiting for over an hour while the sales rep talked to the wiZZard of Ox behind the glass. Finally after 90 minutes they were able to figure out the value of a car they sell every day. Rather rudely the sales rep informed me that they were offing 2/3 the price and pointed to the fine print and said you need to read the fine print. Great but do you have to screw around and make we wait an hour to know that?? I love Toyota s (I currently own 3) but would never buy from Brent Brown.

We visited the Orem Toyota because we knew exactly what we were looking for. We drove away with the car we wanted. However, I am less than satisfied with their customer service. They left us sitting at a desk without any updates for about an hour. Their friendliness changed when we didn t want to buy any of the upgrades (for their commission). They were detailing our car since before noon. Told us to come back in about 1.5 hours later. After 3 hours we got a text that our car would be ready within the hour. We waited for the car another 4 hours and it didn t come out of detailing until about 7 pm. We were never given an update after the initial text. They would walk right past us knowing they had told us it would be ready 2 hours before and not even turn the head. Their customer service will probably cause me to not buy from them again.

Brent Brown Toyota: home of the three hour oil change. I had an appointment for a simple oil change. When I arrived, I was told that they were short-staffed and an oil change would most likely take two hours. I had already driven almost a half hour to the dealership at that point, so I decided to wait. Seeing as I had an appointment and they had all my information, it would have been nice to receive a phone call or a text before I left my home to let me know that they were short-staffed so that I could have the option of rescheduling. The estimated two hour wait turned into a three hour wait. This wasn't my first (or even second or third) experience with a long wait for an oil change at Brent Brown and I've decided that it's time to look into other options. Unfortunately, I previously purchased oil changes in a package deal and still have one more oil change to go before I part ways with Brent Brown service forever.

Completely not transparent with their pricing. We wanted to buy a specific car that was not in stock. They wanted $2000 non-refundable deposit from me, but refused to commit to a final price (obviously because that puts them in a position of power over me).

We had a great buying experience with Tom Shields and the whole team at Brent Brown Toyota. We were looking for a used car with low miles and great gas mileage. Tom showed us several cars in our price range and helped us find the perfect fit. The sales pitch and test drive were low pressure and informative. The purchase and financing were smooth and professional. We were in and out in less than 2 hours from start to finish and really appreciated the great service. They even topped off the gas for us for our long drive home. Thanks for our 2017 Toyota Corolla. :-)
