BCM was very professional and wonderful to deal with for our challenging project- we own a unit in a high rise and our low voltage wiring running from our unit to our AC/Heat unit on the roof broke. This project spanned over several units making it a commercial project in nature versus residential. This project was not covered by our HOA and as homeowners we were responsible for coordinating the fix.

BCM was the only company that was willing to take on the challenge. I highly recommend BCM as they got the job done, very clear with billing and time and took care of our needs. Scott, Joseph, Jake and Andrew helped us get our heat and ac back up and running.

This is a detailed oriented well thought out group of people who care about their business, employees, and customers.

Would not recommend very rude and unprofessional. Regretted every minute and dollar spent with this company. I relived my horrible experience writing this review so you don t have to.

Lack of experience amatures at best to many brown nosers

I purchased an HVAC replacement chassis for my unit in a downtown high rise condominium. Their proposal was better than other firms with the lowest bid and highest quality product. The technicians were polite, highly skilled and efficient. The employees in the home office were friendly and easy to deal with from sales to project management to accounting. They did not charge more than their quote. I highly recommend Brian Cox Mechanical to anyone looking for quality and trust in HVAC repair and replacement in their high rise condo.
