They bend stuff but it s not over backwards to help you. I went in for the buy back event after getting a letter with a buyback price. They knew the details on my 4 runner as I had been in recently. I made an appointment and came when scheduled. They like to play games and had me waiting for over an hour while the sales rep talked to the wiZZard of Ox behind the glass. Finally after 90 minutes they were able to figure out the value of a car they sell every day. Rather rudely the sales rep informed me that they were offing 2/3 the price and pointed to the fine print and said you need to read the fine print. Great but do you have to screw around and make we wait an hour to know that?? I love Toyota s (I currently own 3) but would never buy from Brent Brown.
