We visited the Orem Toyota because we knew exactly what we were looking for. We drove away with the car we wanted. However, I am less than satisfied with their customer service. They left us sitting at a desk without any updates for about an hour. Their friendliness changed when we didn t want to buy any of the upgrades (for their commission). They were detailing our car since before noon. Told us to come back in about 1.5 hours later. After 3 hours we got a text that our car would be ready within the hour. We waited for the car another 4 hours and it didn t come out of detailing until about 7 pm. We were never given an update after the initial text. They would walk right past us knowing they had told us it would be ready 2 hours before and not even turn the head. Their customer service will probably cause me to not buy from them again.
