The service matches the product! Breitling certainly takes drastic measures to ensure their clientelle are treated as a VIP. You can't walk into the door without having official business, which, as a customer, makes me feel that my watch will be secure in this facility. Next, you are greeted by one of two receptionists who will escort you to a private room where another associate will obtain your watch and document any information needed for the work order. The woman I spoke with was not only professional, but easily connected with me on a personal level. I'm very happy with how I was treated at this facility! It's very clear that when you purchase a Breitling, the quality and excellence that goes into building such a high end product, is follwed through on the customer service level as well.

Horrible !! If you received good service from this place without getting whacked over the head with astronomical fees, well you got lucky! I have been a watch collector all my life, and I'm so disappointed with Breitling and the Wilton location . Stay away!

I want to give a shoutout to the Breitling USA ser...

I want to give a shoutout to the Breitling USA service center in Connecticut for offering outstanding service. I d like to recognize supervisor Margaret and her team. The AR coating was coming off my new watch and she was able to have a new crystal put on and perform a basic service (requirement when you take watch apart) all free of charge. I just got it back.

Taking care of the customer is a top reason customers stay loyal to a brand. Very happy to have my baby back.

I just wann'a say for ALL you complainers out here....about Breitling. I just bought a BRAND NEW Rolex Explorer II 42mm... Broke within 1 month. Running VERY fast....and made this GOD AWFUL sound when it was wound. I am told....this winding issue is quite common. Got it back after 3 weeks....still running fast....winding noise was fixed! Also...bought a BRAND NEW GMT II....runs fast....and now needs to go back. About 6 months old... AND...have had other Rolex's over the years....they ALL needed constant service and I AM VERY careful with them....and they WERE NOT magnetized!!

The ONLY complaint I have about Breitling....is.....WHY THE HELL WON'T THEY DRY UP the grey market so they will hold the resale value!!! They are ONLY screwing themselves by flooding the market with their products!! OR...maybe they could offer them new at their factory stores so you DON'T take SUCH A HIT on them when you go to sell them!!! ABSURD!!

I have owned THREE recent Breitling models....all within the past 3 years. They were ALL purchased new....and have NO HAD one problems with any of them! FAR MORE than I can say for THE BRAND NEW Rolex's I ahve recently bought....and have since sold one of them due to CONSTANT service issues!

I purchased the super ocean 44 a couple months back on line. I felt like checking the website again and try to signed in to my account...... it has been deleted??

usually you get a Breitling cap with purchase unfortunately you re supposed to click on gift check box on the website otherwise you will not get Breitling cap.

They discriminate. All customers are not equal. I hope somebody makes an investigation on this USA Breitling company.

Don t get me wrong, I love the brand. I love my super ocean 44. But the staff at Breitling. USA Are completely rude and they make you feel like your money it s not worth for the company.So they made me feel like I should not shop there because I m not to there caliber....

Horrible experience with service.. They sent the watch to the CT. Repair facility only to come back damaged even more after 3 returns the watch still does not keep time correct nor does it hold Its proper power reserve.

Sadly they are not owning up to it and only offered half a refund, what good is half or a whole refund when your watch doesn t tell the accurate time. VERY POOR customer service.

Yet another person screwed over by Breitling service center. I should have read these other misfortunate reviews first. Absolutely do not send your watch to this repair shop unless you plan to spend a ton of money and get absolutely zero customer support on the back end if you have any problems whatsoever. You've been warned.
R.I.P. Breitling, you were an amazing company for my grandparents and parents, but I guess those days are gone like so many other good things that come to an end eventually.

Just over 2 years old and the watch has water damage. The customer service department is very rude and they do not care about customers. I have to pay half of what the watch is worth for them to repair it properly. Terrible quality and even worse customer service. I will never purchase again

Horrible experience! I bought a watch with problems, paid to be fixed because it had just gone out of warranty. When I got the watch back, I did not wear because I was afraid it would get damaged. The watch was not repaired properly. I sent it back for repair but once again I was given an estimate to repair what I just paid for previously. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, Margaret Pawlak stated that it was against company policy to let me speak with a manager and unfortunately she is the only one that has any say over the customer service experience dept, sales dept or anything else. Unfortunately, I feel unheard and currently waisted 12k on watch that doesn't even work. Don't trust this service repair dept!! You can't even talk to a manager of something goes wrong and believe me, it will!!!

Good luck getting in touch withe these clowns! Have made several attempts to call and order a watch band per their website and no one answers. Breitling should be ashamed of themselves for this poor service given the cost of these watches!!

I purchased a $13,000.00 time piece from brietling...

I purchased a $13,000.00 time piece from brietling bc I was sold on there customer satisfaction and there warranty. I was told Breitling was the leader of time pieces and I m buying a lot more than just a watch, I was told I was buying a company that stands behind its durability and standard of excellence.

This time piece is my everyday time piece so I take pleasure wearing every day, in my industry I have normal wear and tear as I m the president of two construction companies in FL.

I took my piece into a Breitling boutique, I didn t bring my warranty bc I was told it s a newer piece and I wouldn t need it, they would look it up with the serial numbers,

Well after a week I revived an email with my estimate for $2500.00 dollars. I immediately emailed them back and explained that my time piece was under warranty and sent them the picture. They said they apologize about it and said they didn t know it was under warranty and I would hear back from them,

A few days later I recieve another email stating that they would give me an $895 service for free, yet that the estimators decided to void my warranty do to shock, or tough hits.

I was shocked myself , I purchased this item for its durability and more importantly it s warranty and reputation.

While I waited for there Initial answer I purchased another one.

At this point I m trying to return it immediately and never buy a Breitling again.

Don t buy these watches if your thinking warranty they will not help you.

If I wanted a time piece that couldn t take a hit and would not be warranted, I would have bought 500 dollar watch not a 13,000.

All I have to say is shame on you Breitling !!

I would think if you buy an expensive time piece like these they would stand behind there warranties bc they want us to buy many more to come . I guess they just pushed me to be a Rolex guy.

I had to sign up for a PayPal account to have my Chronomat serviced- no cash, Amex or major credit card accepted. They lost my payment information and even with my transaction ID, they could not locate the record. This is something I'd expect from, ironically enough, an eBay store that uses PayPal. But for a "luxury" brand, it's ridiculous.

They're using poor material. The prices are too high and once you buy, you lose value and the market value is real bad. The service also cost money, and a lot of money. They don't cover anything even their own mistakes. How dare they call themselves instrument for professionals? I'm a pilot, was loyal for years but was let down by bad management of the company. With such service and prices they will not survive in the USA. Don't buy. Buy a brand that keeps value.

A few years ago water got in my watch and I sent it out to Breitling USA for repair. The suggested and required repairs were estimated at nearly $2000 (I own a Montbrillant 47). I couldn't afford the repair (financially and on principle) at the time and the watch was returned (an authorized watchmaker got the watch running for a fraction of the price). I saved my pennies and after sometime (two years) I sent the watch back for an overhaul. This time, I was willing to fork over the big bucks for the repair and part replacement, I did have a stipulation- I wanted the old dial and crystal. The customer service representative indicated this was not a possibility. Last I checked, I own this watch and all the parts therein. The fact that the service center refuses to return parts of a watch that I own and am willing to pay nearly $2000 to repair it represents a flawed customer service approach and even worse business practice. I have always liked the styling of Breitling but you officially lost a customer. All the best in the future.

This place blows nothing elite about the company buy something else stick to rolex. There service is slow horrible and over priced. They dont sell parts. They push Unnecessary charges for their junk stainless Steel watches that constantly need to be repaired. Never seen watches with so many problems, I swear they do it on purpose.

Waited 5 months to get my watch back, $900 bill and on its return the hand or calendar reset wont work .. what kind of watch co send you your repaired watch on the 26th when the date on dial is the 16th???? A company that knows its not properly repaired . Worst thing is they have another kne of my Brietings in there now at the minute and God only knows how thats going to turn out!!!

I appreciate the warranty work and the good job of servicing my movement, as well as the free travel case they provided. The LCD screen of my warranty card, however got damaged showing a bright yellow spot.

I received my Breitling as gift 17 years ago. Beautiful watch... when it works. In the past 17 years, it's been back for service at least 6 times. The first few times were because the movement was faulty. They FINALLY replaced the entire movement after the 3rd time. The thing will work for about 2 years and the battery dies. But you just can't go to a jeweler to get the battery replaced. Got to go back to Breitling - that'll cost you 8 weeks and at least $160 for a basic service. if it's been more than 4 years between services, they INSIST on a full service ($560, plus add-ons like new hands, new crystal, new face).
Look, I understand this is an elite watch. Someone said you should expect this if you buy quality - like a BMW. But if your BMW has a problem (and it will, I have one), they will tell you what it is, and only fix that issue. They don't say "Pay me $XXXX and you can have it back in 2 months."
Just know that over the life of the life of this watch, you'll spend nearly as much (or more) in maintenance as you did to purchase it.
If it wasn't for the sentimental value, I'd sell it and get another Tag Heuer (got three of them and they are flawless!)

Wow. Poor service. Gone downhill unfortunately. This wasn't what I had remembered from about 5-6 years ago. The service had been better. Not now in this virus excuse atmosphere. In My Watch Needs Service over Breitling.com, "preparing a quote" since two weeks ago. So, a good thing I had e-mailed them. Their excuse is the website's having problems. Ok?! So now they've said they e-mailed me the repair work order awaiting my approval. Never got that repair order. Too much effort here for such lousy uncaring service. This will probably be the last Breitling that I will buy, based on this 6 more weeks to get the actual repairs and optional services for over $500.00. Plus the e-mail communications are horribly unclear and just poor. Amateurs. So disappointed from my previous experience at Breitling USA Wilton CT. Over in Switzerland, I've experienced better than this.
