Horrible experience! I bought a watch with problem...

Horrible experience! I bought a watch with problems, paid to be fixed because it had just gone out of warranty. When I got the watch back, I did not wear because I was afraid it would get damaged. The watch was not repaired properly. I sent it back for repair but once again I was given an estimate to repair what I just paid for previously. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, Margaret Pawlak stated that it was against company policy to let me speak with a manager and unfortunately she is the only one that has any say over the customer service experience dept, sales dept or anything else. Unfortunately, I feel unheard and currently waisted 12k on watch that doesn't even work. Don't trust this service repair dept!! You can't even talk to a manager of something goes wrong and believe me, it will!!!
