We started off with Daniel Black but finished up with David Shirley. Both men helped us beyond expectations. Breeden has always treated us so great! and these two showed amazing customer service and went above and beyond to make sure we got the truck and price we wanted. This is not a pressure sales team, they truly want to help find what is going to fit best for you! We will definitely be back and would refer anyone to them!! So happy with our experience if we could give higher than 5 stars we would!

He was friendly and very helpful. He listened to what we wanted, needed, and how much we wanted to pay monthly. He didn t give up until he got us in the car we wanted at the price we wanted.

Most dealerships once you pull in multiple sales associates want to help you and you can feel overwhelmed. Breeden in the other hand I spoke with one person at a time and they were helpful, waited for you and did not push you into something. I told them what I was looking for and they were ready to help. I financed a new truck and very happy with all the personnel that was involved.

I went to Breeden Dodge on a Saturday to get an oil change and was told initially by a salesperson that they are not very busy today, so I should be able to get right in. Once inside the service center, I was told that they only do appointments on Saturday, which must be a new policy as I have always gotten my oil changed at Breeden Dodge on a Saturday and I have never made an appointment. After I was told my oil could not be changed that day because they were completely booked (I saw, however, hardly anyone there), I left. I was upset about the fact that the salesperson did not know what they were talking about when they told me I should be able to get right in and also about the fact that the hours of operation on the service center door did not mention Saturdays as "appointment only". I called Breeden Dodge after leaving to lodge a complaint and the person I spoke to said they would talk to someone in the service center to maybe have them call me if there happens to be an opening or cancellation and that he would call me back one way or another within 15 minutes. I NEVER got a call back.

About 5 hours from start to finish. At one point we left and told them to call us when they were ready. Which they did. Then we came back and were done in 30 min. I would go back.

Took my vehicle to get the transmission fixed at Breeden Dodge before they even started the transmission repair we spoke to the service man Brandon and told him that we wanted our vehicle repaired right No shortcuts his response was dont worry about it it will be done right ,I was thinking because our transmission was still under factory warranty that they were gonna order a brand new one after all thats what the warranty is for to buy a brand new transmission when the old transmission breaks that wasnt the case we were told by Brandon after they checked the transmission that they were gonna rebuilt it instead of ordering me a new one I dont unstand there way of thinking there basically letting a perfectly good transmission warranty go to waste Smdh we left our vehicle to be repaired breeden was kind enough to get us a rental for the time being Brandon told us he would keep in touch with us about the vehicle repair process he didnt keep intouch and didnt communicate with us what was going on we had to keep calling him and we were told by Brandon that they were having trouble with the rebuild why not just order me a New transmission I just dont understand it the factory warrenty pays for it we recently got our vehicle back we told by one of the other service guy there that the transmission would go through a sincgranation stage where it would have to adjust to the drivers driving and eventually it would smooth out well it hasnt we are still having problems with it so much for the rebuild it was a fail the I Strongly feel all this could have been avoided if they had just ordered me a new transmission after all it is covered under the factory warranty Im a very Dissatisfied customer on how they handled the transmission repair on my vehicle still left with a undepenable vehicle very unhappy on how all this turned out !! If I could give Breeden a Zero star I would but I cant totally disatisfied customer !! Response to the owner of Breeden we called Friday 6/28/18 around 12:00 noon i he called to talk to Brandon but the was told by the service guy that answered the phone that Brandon had just gone to lunch so he spoke to the service guy that answered the phone which didnt give his name my bf said he told the service that we were still having trouble with the transmission and we never recieved a phone call from the service department at all that day! So yeah they know our concerns already!

My Truck runs like a dream thanks to their service department! We recently went looking for better deal on a truck...was met with a smile by salesman Steve...and i asked him if he was the man with the plan...he said he hoped so...great guy!! He and the team started working instantly to get us the best deal possible...we where in our brand new truck by 4:30 that afternoon!! Sales team is super!! And the sales manager and leanding managers where super too...already knew service center was great..this was a awsome experience!

SO MANY PROBLEMS SINCE I GOT THIS CAR =(
bought car 7/31/2018. Door handles have auto unlock no need to hold key again. Driver door handle NEVER worked (PROBLEM #1)told Oscar BEFORE we left parking lot with the car, he AND ANOTHER sales guy tried to mess with the handle to no avail. Oscar used opportunity to show if keys get broken, little key inside the fab, manually unlock the door. But could not get door handle off for key slot.

Oscar said he would call me to get it fixed after talk to service department once opened. Took the car home 45 miles. BEFORE WE GOT HOME check engine light came on (PROBLEM #2). called, they said they would fix it. Drove back. Asked Oscar about door handle. We went to service department for handle. Was told let them fix check engine light, will look at the door handle when done, then said they did not have time to fix the door handle

WEEKS later trunk FILLED with water, roof fabric SOAKED , water down the LEATHER seats (PROBLEM #3)called AGAIN. Bring it back in fixed the seal free of charge, STILL IN WARRANTY. Brown rings on roof, the mat over spare tire degraded, car value lowered, future mold, rust, electrical to the
trunk lights, back up camera, break and backup lights DAMAGE is PROBLEM #3-A.

FIRST oil change asked about the door handle, said they had to check with Oscar. Asked them check back up camera cuz error on screen "needed to be serviced".they said sure thing, see you then

get to OIL CHANGE they bring me back, show me OIL LEAK (PROBLEM #4)cant find where leak is coming from, THEY decide NOT TO fix it till they "come up with a game plan". MY plan, fix what it is under warranty see if that works.THEY said NO. want me to drive more so they could see if they could identify where the leak was later PROBLEM #4-A

4 PROBLEMS/2 MONTHS distracted me, forgot to ask about the door. Prioritys fix oil leak, electronics turned off going 70 miles a hour on highway 15 seconds (PROBLEM #5).4 months of acceleration issues, giving gas after a stop or slow down caused car to bog down to a crawl unexpectedly with ONCOMING TRAFFIC (PROBLEM #6)

last oil change, they "forgot" about oil leak even after i brought it up (PROBLEM #4-B). FEELS LIKE " just change the oil if it becomes a big problem later then its still the same amount of work for us" they do not consider warranties end and people need them.

last 2 weeks driver door panel power door lock buttons stopped working (problem #7). park car to unlock the car more inconvenient than door handle not working.

(PROBLEM #8 )2 days ago ,come out of a store, start car, put into reverse, check engine light blinking, smell something bad, WHITE SMOKE OUT OF TAIL PIPE! call AGAIN

tow to breeden , call me for info, ME: 1)smoke from tailpipe/check engine light, 2)driver side power door locks stopped working this week, FOR 6TH TIME 3)driver door handle broken, AND 4) THE OIL LEAK. AGAIN SAYS :we will give it a look.

THEM: door handle damage not covered by warranty so power door-lock inside not covered because they are connected. we will ONLY replace spark plugs, see if that fixes the engine, if not come back, spark plugs not covered by warranty. Forgot oil leak AGAIN. Said i SIGNED saying i bought car as is, & take full responsibility for all future repairs, agreed BREEDEN not responsible for any repairs/replacements.

me: i have PROOF OF ACTIVE WARRANTIES/ not bought as is, see pik, he lied. proof keyless entry no effect on ability of door lock controls inside. still have oil leak, THEY ACTUALLY THINK SPARK PLUGS CAUSE SMOKE FROM TAILPIPE!?? I HONESTLY AM WORRIED FOR MY CAR IF THEY TOUCH IT NOW...

i want 1) fix ANYTHING possibly leaking oil, driver door IN/OUT, EVERYTHING UNDER HOOD, ANYTHING not 100% working order fix! .
or
2) exchange car with another .no down payment. straight trade with the care guard or other warranty INCLUDED without gap. Same payments.

Would not recommend them. We bought a vehicle and got the extended warranty, which includes all service HAS to be done at their facility. Their prices are outrageous! Two oil filters was 100$, at Orileys it was half price but can't get them there because of the warranty. Please tell me why when you schedule an oil change you still have to wait 2-3 hours every time. Save your money and go to a dealership that cares about their customers.

I had an appointment for 9am. I dropped the truck off at 8:30 for the repair. I was told the repairs would take 1 to 3 hours when I made the appointment. I returned to check on the truck at 12:40 and was informed that the technician had not even looked at my truck yet. They said I was third in line after he got back from lunch. The two people working the service desk were not very polite and snappy telling me that they were backed up from the day before, and that my appointment was made with the service desk not the technician. They told me "The technician would get to it when he got to it." At 2:30 the technician completed the job. He was friendly and thoroughly explained what all he had done. I figure since I dropped my truck off I was shoved to the back of the line since I wasn't taking up space waiting. I live 50 miles away and never planned to spend the whole day in fort smith for a 1 to 3 hour job.

Took my truck there for a recall on the transmission and an oil change.I got my truck back it didn t run right and the engine light came on that day.Took it back and they said it had nothing to do with them but was all to quick to say they would charge me to fix it.Tried to convince me it was an O2 sensor making the turbo whistle.I will not be back.it took them 3 1/2 hours to screw my truck up.And then lye to me about it!

I was immediately impressed by his initiative. Nigel is not high pressure but knows his stuff. He worked hard to get us a good deal and make sure we were happy. We trust Breeden.

They were all so pushy and kept telling me what I wanted...I found one I liked at Breeden and drove it.. i wasn't sure so I kept looking. They knew what I wanted so they searched out one for me to test drive and I loved it! They were not too pushy and worked with me on the price. They made sure it was serviced again and also gave me a free oil change for next time I need it changed. They made the purchase less frustrating and was polite to all of my family. They did not try to sell me what they wanted me to buy and did not beg me to initial a paper saying I agreed to their price til I was ready myself..Thanks for all your help Nick Hensley! So I m really happy with how they do their service department at Breeden dodge/Jeep. Have used them for years even though we bought this Jeep from another dealership.
