Bought my very first car from Vance. Tyler was such a huge help in finding the car I wanted & made the process easy for me to understand. I really enjoyed the staff at Vance Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram & I highly recommend visiting this place if you're looking for a new car!
When I first came to Vance, I was 6 months into my first car. Tyler showed me a variety of vehicles that not only had better fuel economy, but were also newer and more affordable. He was honest and straight forward, which for an impatient person like me, I appreciate anyone who gets straight to the point. He asked me what I'd want if I could have everything, and he found it for me. The finance department did such an awesome job finding me the best rate, that I ended up saving money by buying my car. Go see Tyler. Trust me.
Please be warned that you will be taken advantage of if you choose to buy a vehicle here. Danny the salesman told us we would receive a $2000 rebate for my husband's military service. Liar. The finance manager told us today that $500 was already "figured into the cost" of the car. So talk is cheap, and you should run the other way if looking for a decent honest dealership to buy a vehicle. Because this one ain't it!!!!!!

After doing business with this place for years, my dad died and my mom went to buy a new car. She purchased a brand new jeep and after 2 months her oil light was coming on. They told her to bring it in, it was 5 qts low so they told her to bring it back after so many miles so she did, after it died going out of her driveway. They then told her to bring it back, they were going to change the motor. In the meantime she had to have 2 loaner cars. When they got done putting the new motor in she got the jeep back and after a couple days she noticed there were parts in the back seat which she almost threw away but my husband looked under the hood and saw that the parts went to the motor. So they took it back in which she had to get another loaner car. Now she is still paying the price of a brand new jeep which is now a used Jeep as far as I'm concerned. She got leather seats put in and they barely gave her a little discount which she had to ask for. As far as everyone is concerned she should have been offered the choice of a different NEW jeep since that is what she is paying for. I Would think that would be a lemon. So disappointed as we have given them so much business over the years and I feel like they took advantage of an older woman who went in there alone!
Staff was amazing up until I bought the car. I could not get in touch with Keli after buying my vehicle and ended up just fixing the scuff on the mirror myself (even though it was in my deal that they would get it repaired)

I live in Los Angeles. I wanted a specific truck for my Dad and I spotted it online. Once I reached out to Shawn, everything went smoothly. The personal attention and professionalism was spot on. I was concerned about the delay in delivery but it was to be expected. I live in LA, my Dad is in Colorado and the Truck was in Oklahoma. With a little patience everything worked out just fine. I would definitely recommend these guys!

Sold me a lemon. Didn't even realize I was signing lemon paperwork. Slipped it over on me on the sly. The car they sold my grandmother had a warranty on it that was worthless. The dealership wouldn't hold up on their end of the deal when she needed a repair on the car. It is sad because my grandmother is very poor and lives off of social security. Shame on this dealership for ripping off an old lady who has to work at 70 years old.

New review: had them install a lift kit on my Grand Cherokee a couple months ago. Just had everything retorqued per the lift kit manufacturer's reccomendation. Just wish they had on site alignment rack instead of having to go to Ford. But it is what it is. Definitely happy w/the work from the service dept so far. Thank you

This is by far the best experience we have had in five years and about 8 dealerships. Kelli s commitment and tenacity is amazing! We have been trying to get out from under a bad situation for almost 5 years, and until Kelli came along we had lost almost all of our faith in car dealers in the tri-state area. We will be Vance customers for life.
In the end, I ended up at a dealership that had competent sales team members and got $1250 more on my trade than this sales manager "gave to me as a favor" and got a truck with better options for the same price.
I live 3+hrs away from this dealership, so I worked with a salesman over the phone for close to a week to set the deal up and make sure that it would not be a wasted trip. On Friday I set up a noon appointment with the salesman for Saturday and informed him that I have *pre-approval from my bank* and also wanted to see what they could do in the financing department. Saturday morning I hit the road around 9am and texted him confirmation of that fact. He confirmed that it was good to go. I got a text from him when I was an hr out, confirming that I had the right address. Upon arrival, he came out a said that he has bad news and that someone else was running numbers on the truck, and we would have to see if they buy it first. ***They had been there over an hour and were there when he texted me about the address and he said nothing!*** He then informed me that he had taken the time to find another truck for me and if I was willing to wait at least 2hrs, he would go and get it. I looked at the specs on the truck and it was no-where in comparison to the truck that they had. I demanded to see the sales manager, who took over 5 minutes to come to the desk I was at. He was very nonchalant and only seemed interested in getting me in another truck. This lead to a verbal confrontation (that he did handle professionally) I demanded to speak to the owner, who couldn't be reached, but was messaged to make contact. I told him that I was going to take my kids to lunch and I wanted to hear from her or I was coming back. We ate and went back to the dealership with no contact. Upon walking back into his office, he informed that he had talked to her 20+minutes ago. This made me wonder why I hadn't heard from her even more. The sales manager that started talking about making it right for "inconveniencing us". I told him that I didn't want his money and that this wouldn't be solved with a tank of gas. I again asked why I hadn't heard from the owner, to which he said that was his fault because he said that he wanted to talk to me again. I asked him what he didn't understand about the fact that I wanted to talk to the owner. He then texted her and asked her to call me. 10min later she called me and was very apologetic and listened well to my rant. She wanted the chance to make it right, and asked if they could find the same truck somewhere and deliver it to my home. After more discussion I agreed. She then directed her sales manager to eval my trade. NOW, after all of that, you would think that they would be looking to make me a good deal on my trade. NOPE. the sales manager gave me a quote that was $1000 below KBB and $1500 below NADA trade values and told me that he was giving me that much as a favor. At this point I was done and called and informed the owner that he had followed her directions to make it right in the most offensive way possible and that we were done. In the end, I ended up at a dealership that had competent sales team members and got $1250 more on my trade than the sales manager "gave me as a favor" and got a truck with better options for the same price.
I took my vehicle in for a recall. The mechanic was ready.at appointment time. The service rep worked in an oil change and tire rotation. Everyone was helpful and patient.

This was my second car purchase but the first going through Vance. Tyler made what is usually a stressful annoying process very simple, easy and talked me through everything I needed to know so I was able to know what was going on and understand every detail needed. My sister bought a new 2016 Jeep. At 3500 miles it had used 3 quarts of oil. They filled it back with oil and told her to bring out back after 500 miles. She did and it had used a quart of oil. They filled it and again told her to bring it back after 500 miles. Again it was a quart low. They called Chrysler and was told to put a new motor in. After putting in the new motor my sisters son in law came over, poped the hood, and noticed missing motor parts. They looked and saw the parts in the back seat. The took the Jeep back to the dealer where they installed the missing parts. Chrysler by rights should have given my sister a new Jeep. Replacing the motor before she even makes the first payment means she is paying a new Jeep price for a used Jeep.
I just like straight forward and that's what you get here. I recommend these guys.

I've been begging my wife for a while to stop using this dealer's service center as the vehicle always comes back with the interior dirty and scuffed. The infotainment screen recently had to be replaced and the vehicle came back with tool marks and scratches around the screen. I thought it was pretty minor but she felt it was noticeable enough she wanted the trim replaced. They replaced it today and then halfway home we realized they caved in one of the AC vents in the process. Don't let these guys touch your car.
Terrible is not enough. Rude staff before were even done spending 80k were talked to awful before the deal is even signed. Would not refer anyone I like here.
