Absolutely useless, serious concerns for identity theft in addition to their failure to provide an examination service
Disastrously failed to deliver RACGP exam in October 2020. Parameters of the exam and required system were known well in advance with extensive opportunity for testing.
On the day spectacular fundamental failure of their system without contingencies in place for such a critical event.
RACGP subsequently promised will not use them in future.
These guys royally messed up the RACGP Fellowship exams. More than 1300 local doctors across the country have put their lives on hold for these exams, only to have a total system failure just minutes in, requiring a complete cancellation. This is not to mention the poor quality offshore support for those who are able to get through in the first place. Do yourself a favour and use someone else.
There was an issue with a pilot remote proctored online exam last year that caused a lot of disruption at the time, but it was apparently a breakdown with the video streaming and not these guys at all.
They re actually a local Melbourne business who have been successfully running online exams both in Australia and Internationally for several years now.
Completely dropped the ball for the RACGP $8 million examinations.
