Bought a 2016 Chrysler 200s a few days ago. 5/28/20? I think it was .and so far it's been great!!.test drove a couple of cars and found this car which I wasn't sure if I liked or not but after a good deal and few test drives I absolutely fell in love with it and over the last week I have absolutely fell in love with it more and so glad I found it and got it from them. glad they offer a very good warranty!.. hopeing my experience is as good later in the future so I will keep my reviews updated on everything that happens.. :):)..stay tuned!! ..ok....finally talked to right guy ..takeing care of me now..so looking forward to hearing my car quiet again!

Took my 96 Jeep GC toy vehicle in over 3 months ag...

Took my 96 Jeep GC toy vehicle in over 3 months ago. They were unable to get parts so I got them and delivered them. Supposedly the tech who was working on my Jeep had a family emergency and they never assigned anyone else to it. I called weekly until finally now they tell me they won't continue until I pay the current due of $894. Keep in mind I own a business that interacts with them a few times a week. If they'll do that to me, imagine what they'll do to a regular customer. Save yourself the trip if you need a mechanic or service and go somewhere else.

I would have loved to have given a five but the one salesman Bruce added to the price of the car and did not stick around to talk with us our pass on on to Gary what we had asked so he gets 2 stars.
So we got Gary who was wonderful and outstanding. He gets five stars for his great attitude . He I would recommended in a heart beat.
Gary told us to come back like on Tuesday or Wednesday to get our car detailed which we did.
We were there a few hours and when we got the car home we discovered that the stains were still on the seats, the spots on the outside were still do there. Which we removed with water and a light ridding. The back glass is still dirty, and we think they only removed with the sales ticket,vacuumed the floor a bit and threw under the seats a few smell good papers. We were very disappointed in the service.
So we are giving you a 3 star rating.

Had to take my car in to have some repairs taken care of that a previous shop had screwed up (put tires on incorrectly). Shawn Thomas, as always, took care of the issue and other issues that caused my tires to wear a lot faster than they should have. All we had to do was call him and he was on it. You ROCK Shawn!!!

Breeden Dodge is the most awesome place to buy a car. I just bought my 3rd car from Breeden. My salesman was David Ciampoli. He did everything he could to get us the car and payment we wanted with success. Breeden goes above and beyond to get the best deal. David Ciampoli you are the best. Thank you for everything!

We had a fabulous experience with Clint at Breeden In Van Buren. Clint, along with Ransom and Kirk, worked very hard to help us get into a Ram truck. They worked for a good month to get us a great deal. They went above and beyond expectations and always made us feel welcome. We love our new truck! Thank you so much for all the time and effort you put into helping us out! Ya'll deserve a raise for sure!

Both times I have taken my dodge here to be servic...

Both times I have taken my dodge here to be serviced, they have messed something up. This time I took it in for recalls and 4 tires. When my wife went to pick the car up, 2 of the new tires were flat. They treated her like an idiot then tried to tell her that our rims were cracked and bent when we brought the car in. I personally balanced the tires 5000 miles ago and they were not bent and were holding air when we brought the car to them. They refused to fix the issue and sent us away. Do Not take your car here. There is no accountability.

i took my jeep in on 2/5/18 for a recall kept it untill 2/12/18 but when i called in to check on it they said it had been ready same day i had brought it in i called they wanted to keep it overnight would call me never heard no more i called into check on it on saturday no one knew anything was to busy picked it up mondayeight days later. how pathetic.

Our salesman Oscar Velasquez worked extremely hard for us. Handling our transaction as if he was dealing for his own family. We were pleased from the minute we met him until driving away. We were also very pleased with how hard the financial service officer assisted us. We truly recommend these guys!!

Had wiring installed in my jeep and got exposed wires wrapped around other wires. It shorted and caused failures and they would not do anything about it. The mechanics are lazy and do poor work and management doesn't care.

After struggling for hours to lock in our own financing through our own bank, the people of Breeden found us better financing and found a way to get us a bumper to bumper warranty! We are very lucky to have found the car that worked for us there.

Purchased my vehicle almost 2 years ago. Still und...

Purchased my vehicle almost 2 years ago. Still under warranty, it started shifting hard and slipping between 2k-3k RPMs around May this year. Made an appointment and was told if they had to keep it overnight that the would get me a loaner or a rental. Well, at 5pm I call and they are unable to provide me with one but assured me it would be ready the next day. They "flashed my computer"? and told me it was a common issue with that year and model car but it should fix it. Well, for about 2k miles it drove like a dream again. Then it started shifting hard, slipping and now sounds like an airplane engine roaring. Called FS back, Cory Cook in the service dept was rude and told me that I would have to wait around for a couple hours before they could give a loaner. Single mom and full time employee, this is not possible. I explained this to her and told her it was the same issue and she was condescending when she asked how I could possibly know it was the same problem as the last time. Now, I might not work in a service dept, but I do drive my car every day and know when it's not acting right. Frustrated, I called back another day and spoke with Shawn. He was nice, even though I complained about the treatment and fact it was messed up again (thought I called a different dealership..yes, smooth I know). So, I called back today and was very frustrated bc I am at the point of feeling like my vehicle is unsafe. Pleading with Cory Cook yet again to look at my car, she said I could bring it in but no loaners are available. I expressed again that I am a single, working mother with no other means of transportation. She told me they have shuttles that will take me to and from work/home. I asked if they would take my son to school and soccer bc I had other obligations as well. She then said, "well I was a single Mom at one time too so lets drop that act okay?!" I'm not so sure how rude back I was at the point but I know I asked for her Manager or Owner, confirmed her name and told her she should be ashamed of herself for her lack of customer service and satisfaction. Never in my life have I been so disappointed in the lack of customer service, especially from a top dealership in the area. I understand since my car is under warranty that there is no cash flow but I should not be pushed around, treated like trash and not have a vehicle that works correctly. Maybe once it's out of warranty, they would provide better service. However, I would rather ride a bicycle for the rest of my life than to ever give them a dime of my hard earned money.

Terrible dealership. prices are high, customer service is slow. There always seems to be an issue when wanting to look or buy vehicles. We have stopped by to look at vehicles intended to buy, either the vehicle is not on the lot (as stated) or there is some sort of issue. we bought a vehicle from them in 2016 and it ended up having a bad engine. they wouldnt do anything to assist. my husband was going to buy a truck he found online from them, but he got the run around about it. We went in trade/cash in hand recently to buy a used Durango they had on the lot after 30 mins of waiting for a salesman to bring it to us, another salesman told us it was being driven by a service mans wife. ****All of the vehicles we intended to buy were from the fort smith lot and with confirmation of the salesmen. ******

I just bought a 2018 Durango and again appreciate the great service, quality, and knowledge that you are there if I need help. Thanks for selling me my Fifth Durango in 11 years. I love the car and the dealership.

Purchasing a vehicle and warranty/gap insurance was fine. But now that I traded with another dealership and purchased a new warranty/gap insurance, they refuse to pay my refund. I have talked to the warranty company and they said it was cancelled and a check was sent to Breeden. They said Breeden should have it. But Breeden representatives continue to tell me they don't. But since they didn't send the cancellation request in until 5 weeks after I made the request (after I called to check on the status) who do you think I believe?
