I applied for a terminal to a company account on July 3. Due to a system error, the application did not go from the bank to the external company. The complaint is filed and they will have to wait a month for consideration .... It is July 17 and the bank does not know what to do. I have already submitted another application and a repeat of the situation. They spread their hands on the hotline and can't explain anything to me. It is July 17th and the case is still unresolved. Parents were in Spain, the bank blocked their card (for security reasons) because they had purchased 5x5EUR, they would have been left without funds if not for the cash they had with them. Because of you I have to waste time and fuel on the arbitrator and the court :( The funniest thing is that this is done in the UK during the first visit to the branch, and the money is back on the next day.

The bank is only an intermediary. The contract is extremely one-sided. The customer is treated with a shoe. The bank gives you 3 months for installation. It is open from 8 o'clock and not 10 as the hotline indicates.

Expecting a "mistaken" collection of funds, I wanted to submit an order to block the transfer due to insurance, refusal to accept.
I went to the facility and wanted to withdraw funds up to the balance ... DENIED ... I wanted to terminate the contract immediately, DENIED. I leave the conclusions to you whether to set up an account in mBank.

This is not a bank ... how is it possible that there were no cash in ATMs (I visited several)? Ok, it can happen ... but that in the bank branch they were not able to withdraw several thousand zlotys, asking me to come again in a few hours, maybe they will pay ..? This is a total inflection .... in the newsstand on the corner they have more cash than that laugh worth "bank". But first class propaganda !!! In truly Goebbelsian style !!! (Finally a German financial institution). I am glad that this is the last month of using the "this something" service, which is called a bank ... What is the assessment for?
1. I check business hours on the website - it's difficult to find (you need to provide a loan policy in your teeth)
2. in the bank profile on the Google account 9-17 hours
3. I reach 9:03 and silence, I call and they call 10-19 on the hotline
4. I submit a complaint about spamming by the bank, and in addition there are 10-20 on the door, so different than the hotline claims
5. my data in a few hours after filing the complaint is leaking to strange companies (Only the bank has this data) with names completely not Polish with what they associate I will not say, because I would become an anti-Semite.

For 2 * on a scale of 1-5 for convenience, although mbank is far from the Polish bank I use, where the use is really free as long ago in mbank.

I wonder what I can about revenge for the complaint and unlawful sharing of data, now this spam will probably be more.

I tried for a mortgage loan at mBank, I waited a month to go through all the verifications, valuations, etc. to finally find out that the first analyst I talked to was URGENT, which resulted in a badly valued property and understated credit. Of course, I was not able to enforce what I was ordering from them (even though everything was on the mail). I just wasted my time.

The worst bank I've ever dealt with. I was charged for a product that was not delivered and the basic terms of the contract were not met. I waited for the card for the invoice for over a month and it was still not delivered. I requested the account to be closed, which is also a problem. If someone likes to waste time bouncing the ball with consultants indefinitely, I recommend. However, if you intend to use banking services efficiently and problems, I advise against using mBank services.
