This company cares about their employees. They show it each year with driver appreciation week. Each month they nominate 2 drivers of the month. Every year they pick a driver of the year. My last 2 companies never did any of that. You can make good money here and drive a newer vehicle. I'm happy with them. They do have a lot of work so you are always needed.
I wish I could give zero stars. The hypocrisy of this company's statement about safety is disturbing. The website states: "Most importantly, we believe that the basis of our safety practices must always be what is in the best interests of the motoring public. " I can tell you from my experience that this statement is simply not truthful.
I've attached photos of the damage caused to my car by one of the SF drivers, whose negligence caused this. I reported this to the company and to the police immediately, providing information on the truck, etc. I reached out to SF and have asked multiple times for response, only to be ignored. They've passed my issue to their insurance carrier, but not once have a received any kind of "are you okay?' inquiry or any sort of "we are sorry this happened to you" statement from SF. No follow-up, no accountability, no apology.
I would advise anyone considering doing business with this organization to factor my experience into their decision.
