Ordered 3 dumpy bags of seasoned hardwood logs for new log burner from the log company.
Delivered free to hartlepool, bang on time.
And wow, did not expect the dumpy bags to be so big, filled to the brim and more.
The logs are clean, and very dry, used a moister meter to check, well below 12 % could not be happier, even my wife said these logs look
very good and dry over the phone, before i got home from work.
Gonna stick with the log company from now on.
Decent reliable supplier, that really delivers.

I've used this company for the last few years now because the quality of product is excellent. The new- ish Hobbit logs are really ideal for the stove and the kindling is well worth ordering at the same time as you won't get the quantity and quality for that price. Always delivered as advised, prompt and always where i have asked the drop to be. Great service.

What a great company to deal with, fantastic, speedy service and an excellent, quality hot tub. We couldn t be happier, we ordered the Breezy M and it is even better than we had thought, it really does heat up in 2.5hrs and only needed an hour of top up the next day, to get it back to temp, even after a frosty night. We d had an inflatable hot tub for 7 years, so, knew we liked the hot tub life style, but, this kind of hot tub is a world apart, it s so much better. Would definitely recommend buying from The Log Company, thank you for the excellent customer service & hot tub, it will make the lock down experience a lot easier!

Keeping in mind we are not easy to locate or get to as we are up a bridle path through woodland, our Kirami wood fired hot tub was delivered safe and sound. We are now experiencing relaxing, peaceful soaks, no competing to be heard over noisy bubbles, no nasty chemicals, just the two of us plus the odd glass of vino.

This hot tub is the best addition to our house in years. It will be used all year round. It easy to keep, install and use. Thank you so much.

Got dumpy bag delivered great price excellent delivery the lad who dropped them off was great, put the dumpy bag in my garage brought some logs in the house to burn the following day and there not burning well, they start to burn then go out so I'm having to buy the bags again from else where and maybe keep these for next year ?

Logs were great but I thought the delivery itself could have been safer (the driver had to climb onto the first 'tier' of deliveries to attach the crane to ours which was perched on the top)

We could not be more delighted with our wood fired hot tub. Mark was so helpful from start to finish with advising which tub to buy and delivery was quick and it has been well used ever since.
