Workers were nice, but i feel like it's a bit overpriced and the time I went they were selling barely any tops and mostly bottoms.

Daughter loved the store. Worth the wait in line to see her so happy.

I didn't find what I was looking for but it had fantastic air conditioning! My uncle told me to find some alien hat thing but they had no such thing there.

This is such a nice store. The clothing is trendy and nice. Its a bit overpriced though but they have good materials and good quality clothing that lasts. All their clothes are one size fits all but they mostly fit small-medium (based on their website). The employees there are helpful and nice. Keep in mind, sometimes they don't have a certain item in stock but overall, would definitely recommend!

This store is a fraud. Two hours lineups from opening to closing and only 15 minutes to shop to be "fair" to other clients. Basically, you need to come inside and to grab anything you see without trying it on or looking at the price tag... They have artificially hipped up brand on Social Media among teenage girls and exploiting it!

i went in on thanksgiving day and honestly, the employees were so rude and disrespectful. i understand that it was a holiday, but that doesn't give them the right to be so rude and annoyed when customers ask for help. for instance, a girl at the cash register was picking up phone calls and she immediately says ''hi, this is brandy we close at 5'' and hangs up. i was waiting to get cashed out and heard her pick up the phone 3-5 times and did the same thing every time. i wouldn't go back whatsoever.

Thank god there's a Brandy Melville in Toronto. Always wanted to go to this store and now that I finally live in a country with one I'll be there all the time. Environment was quiet, staff were friendly enough and helpful, prices are expensive ish but quality is amazing. Will definitely be back!

Good selection, large store, but employees were slightly standoffish

The staff are super nice! The clothes are ok. I can't quite figure out what the aesthetic is supposed to be, but I like it!

Really sweet and helpful staff! New renovations to the store are beautiful and the layout is open and easy to shop. Great selection of clothes and super friendly employees doing their best!!

Line is long but we guessed that s because of how many people want to shop there. The young girls who work there are nice and there was a girl at the door letting people in. My grand daughter loves the shop and employees, line is just long due to Covid capacity

Over priced items. Styles u can find in any other store just with another brand tag. Besides in the XXI century I find discriminatory a store that only offers one TINY size fits all.

clothes are cute but not the best customer service. lines have gotten much shorter on weekdays since school has started.

i went here a while ago with my dad we started walking there around 7:30 got there at like 7:50 and as we went in someone else left and the worker said "oh we're closed" we should've had 10 minutes but i didnt really care because i didnt want to waste my time being upset. when i went here again about a month later and the people working there were so nice i dont know why these reviews are so negative the girl who was doing cash talked to me and was really sweet but overall its a great store if youre ok with a bit of a walk from the other stores near the eaton centre then you'll have a great time

Longest wait outside...line of 30 + teenage girls, did not have my size in anything I wanted after waiting 2+ hours.

The clothes are cute and i ve had good experiences there but today i decided to go and keep in mind my house is near vaughan mills so i have to plan when to go I decided 3:30 was a good time to leave the youse since it closes at 6. made it there 4:20 and they told me i couldn t wait in line because by the time i would be at the front they would be closed. i drove an hour for brandy and i didn t even get in. I wish they would have posted about it and told us that u need to be in line more than 2 hours before it closes to get in. we came back to the like at 5:50 and 8 people were in front of us and the worker told us it wasn t fair to let us in since others waited 2 hours to get it and told us to come back 11 am tomorrow. shame

I never post reviews but I genuinely had to say something about the experience I had. I personally work in retail and know how tiring it can be but the attitude of the workers at this location is completely unacceptable. I don t know who thinks it s a good idea to hire rude employees that gossip about the customers OUT loud but it s definitely not a cute look. The employees managing the dressing room were doing nothing but gossiping and complaining out loud. They treat you like trash, no smiles no nothing and give you dirty looks. It s sad that so many young girls shop here there s no justification to be just blatantly rude :)!

Fun store with some neat pieces. A lot of them are O/S which is a hit and miss, but makes it simple to walk into the change room with a ton of items. Staff is nice but I think for the quality of the clothes the prices could be lower.

Nice, clean, popular Brandy Melville store. The atmosphere is friendly, the level of service. We liked the quality of the goods. I recommend a visit, friendly sellers will always help and tell you which one thing or another thing is best for you. Sellers are professionals.

I was a little nervous at first to go to this location based on some of the other comments. But Honestly this is the only location I've been to so far where the sales associates were actually kind and professional. They had more selection then what I'm used to as well! Will definitely be back.

Young adult, teenage fashion store with a variety of clothes mostly stretchy cotton. North American brand, crafted in Italy.

We gave this a 4 out of 5 because all the clothes are one size which doesn't say much about creating opportunities for various body types to shop.

Staff are nice if i'm shopping with my sister who is a size 0 but become a little snobby when I am shopping for myself who isn't a pre-pubescent teenager, I guess you do truly grow up when you grow out of a size 0.

This is a review of the website. I entered a US shipping address and was able to enter a Canadian billing address. My order was cancelled after I placed it and customer service told me that they are not able to take Canadian billing information. The weird thing is, my CC was charged and I was able to enter a Canadian billing address. Nothing the person said to me made any sense. It seemed like she was making up excuses while on the call.

I can understand if you simply don't allow Canadian billing addresses, but don't allow me to enter it on the billing page and don't charge my CC. There is a pending charge on my CC which tells me that the company has access to my card and are able to charge it fine.

Short lines for checkout and dressing rooms. Great selection! I will definitely return if I come back to Toronto.

Its nice, but hard to get to. wish it was in the Eaton center or somewhere closer

Yesterday was the third time that my daughter and I came to shop since they opened again. The customer service is great and the employees are doing an excellent job - I made sure to tell them this too. There was an employee working at the door all three times we have been, constantly letting customers in as others left and letting everyone in line know of the expected wait time and regulations. Upon entering the store everything was clean and all the clothes were very organized - my daughter also said that they have a lot of good inventory in right now. I am impressed with all of the regulations that were being followed; the capacity was at 15 as they shared when we were in line, we could see employees sanitizing things often through the door and everyone was wearing masks. Overall the store was well organized and employees were so friendly, everyone in the line around us thought so as well. Amazing customer service.

Nice big store and the sales associates are fairly nice. Just wish they carried larger sizes. I'm not even that big (size2-4) but I could barely fit into anything here. Ended up buying an oversized t shirt. Overall, the store was super clean and I love the style of clothes. Just wished the majority of clothes weren't for super tiny girls !

I went today to the Brandy Melville Store. Due to the COVID-19 issue, there was a huge line outside. I understand the situation, and I think everyone waiting did too. But, there was no employee standing outside the store checking how many people were inside and how many people left and went in. The staff inside were in the back laughing and talking and not helping anyone out in the store or organizing the line outside. The employees were also very rude.

This review is based on my experience during the time it started to open during Covid-19 - the line is ridiculously long. Had to wait about 2ish+ hours to get in. They is no employee outside to regulate the line outside or the amount of people coming in and out. There are no lines or stickers to regulate 6ft within the line so other people waiting are standing so close to one another. There would be times when 4 customers came out of the store and they only allowed 1 customer in. Alot of the clothing I was looking for wasn't in stock - I believe due to people buying bag loads of things so you might be disappointed, best to call ahead and ask if they have something in stock.

I love this store and the staff! My daughter and I drive from another city in the GTA to come shop. The staff is so nice and helpful. Customer service is always great - any questions you have they will answer! I have no issues with waiting in line because they always tell you the wait time and update you - it s your choice if you stay from there. Only small complaint is that it can sometimes be hard to find parking because it s right on Queen Street. Overall great experience, planning our next trip back already!

Line was understandable due to covid-19, glad they take into account restrictions to amount of people in store. Didn't need to go in but waited with my sister till she was able to enter and she had an amazing experience with their workers being very friendly

I doubt management actually looks at these reviews. However it is understated how the workers here are extremely rude. As I was checking out I realized one of the tags had half fallen off and only one side was still attached, I asked the cashier if there were any other tops in the back to which the girl you can either buy it or leave it here. You could have just told me there s no more stock in the back....The customer experience at Yorkdale, Newmarket and Mississauga was much better.

I wont be coming back as I would rather spend the money at Aritizia or Urban outfitters

Very bad experiance, called the store about 2 hours before arrival and they said that they close at 6 but to call when you are on your way to make sure they haven t cut the line. So after my hour and 30 minute travels (even running there in the heat) I called to make sure they hadn t cut the line and was told they are now closing at 5, so I rushed and arrived at 4:57, I then explained my situation and they had NO sympathy. They even spoke to a grown women and let her 2 daughters in but since I am a minor, they did not care. I then proceeded to see a mouse crawling around they display. I was not pleased with the employees as they should've let me know when I originally called them because I would ve never spent my time and money getting myself there. Oh and let them know that I saw a mouse crawling in the display but they had nothing to say about it. Know where you are shopping!!!!!

I went to brandy yesterday and my shopping experience was yet again very enjoyable! The Store Manager here is amazing! I recognize her from one of the locations that closed and she does notably well. Thank you for the great customer service Brandy Melville Toronto :-)

So disappointed. Always cut the line at 4. They close the store before 6am even though there is no lineup outside.

I went to Brandy yesterday they had a great selection of clothes and accessories. The staff were really nice and friendly they frequently came out and told everyone in line how long it would be and if they would make it in before they close (since it was 5:30 and they closed at 6:00).

Honestly I used to love shopping at brandy but recently during the heavy rain this week, I had a very negative experience and plan on never coming back again. During the heavy pouring rain this week, they didn't let me in since they reached their "limit" for the day. I walked all the way to brandy soaked by the rain just to not be allowed inside which is extremely upsetting. Beware coming here, they might not let you in!

Went here with my mom today. I was super excited to try on clothes and possibly buy myself a few new outfits since from what i've seen they have amazing clothing. I walk in and right away this employee was giving me the stink eye and looking me up and down. I felt incredibly uncomfortable and just wanted to leave. The store did not have a great variety of options and I did not end up buying anything.

Definitely very trendy, they have many cute skirts and pants. The only problem is they lack a variety of shirts in this specific location. The workers there are very friendly, I honestly don t get why there s a stereotype about brandy workers . In terms of the one size thing, I personally am fine with it although I think they should have more variety of sizes for pants. The clothes there are very high quality, but I find that they are very pricy for things such as skirts and dresses. I also hope they have more fall style clothing in the future. Overall my experience was pretty good and I d definitely shop there again.

Hit or miss. Preferred the location at Yorkdale mall because customer service was better but they closed long time ago... sometimes I get decent customer service here and there are times I don t. Cute clothing and the store layout is nice and tidy. Some employees though (not all) should get their attitudes checked. Some act like typical teens.

Saw a nice bag in the window and went in, immediately realized I was 15 years older than anyone else there but saw the bag on the rack and couldn't find a price on the tag. It was really weird. It was a back pack and the tag had all these measurements on it and the bottom number was like 230.65 and I'm like, is that the price? I looked at other items and it was the same thing with these triple digit numbers. I left very confused but didn't want to ask for feeling like a stupid old person or a poor person in some crazy rich kid store. Still thinking about it the next day I looked up the website and found their backpack prices pretty normal $35 range. So now I am just writing this cause I don't have any friends who would care about this story.

Great experience! The staff was super friendly and helpful, the inventory was fully stocked, and the store was very tidy. We got a little frustrated while waiting in line wondering if they were allowing in the full capacity, but discovered they were as full capacity count includes employees too; the sales associate relayed the explanation very courteously, and even empathized with a long wait to get in!
Can't stress enough how great the experience was - all thanks to every single staff scheduled today for being so kind in such a new world experience (and amazing selection)!

Nice clothes, kinda pricey for the quality, limited sizes

This is one of my favorite shops but the clothing is really expensive 25$ for 1 shirt and around 35$ for a sweater

Really bad return policy. No refunds; only exchange or store credit, and this must be done within 14 days. Terrible! Was in store today and staff was asked about extended Christmas return policy, was told there was none.

Only one location in Ontario and no online shopping option. Have to go to Toronto and stand in line for +++ time to shop at store. Waited over 1.5h to get in store in really bad weather (lined-up 45min before opening) and was told they were enforcing a 15min time limit for shopping bc of the number of ppl in line. Was v upset bc I waited +++ time in line, in extremely bad weather, and needed to time to figure out Christmas gifts, esp bc there is no refund and didn't want to have to get store credit.

They have website, but no shipping to Canada and not reflective of what's carried in store.

Don't like how Brandy's created this "demand" by only have one location and no online shopping option. Return policy is horrible - trying to keep your money at all costs, definitely not customer friendly. Not looking forward to doing a return, makes my blood boil, will have to stand in that ridiculously long line again just to get a store credit. Shame on you Brandy!

In terms of the clothes, they are cute and not overly inappropriate. Good for girls in tweens - early teens; girls who have outgrown gap, but too small or young to wear women's clothing. They are meant to fit one body type and have only one size for each article of clothing, e.g. for fitted shirts, it only comes in small; for sweaters that are meant to fit baggy, only comes in large size.

In terms of price, it's reasonable. Not cheap, but not ridiculously expensive; somewhere in the middle. For example, shirts (short or long) run somewhere between $25-30, crewneck sweatshirts are around ~$50. The material is thick and good quality.

Do not go during COVID, they will make you wait for 3 hours and once your in the girls will rush you out. Staff there is extremely rude and unhelpful for absolutely no reason. Selection of clothing is not even worth going.

While shopping in area, we decided to wait 20 min for them to open only to discover they did not open, at all, least the staff could have put a sign on the door informing the public its closed until further notice. Despite google showing them as open they are not. Dec 23.

Staff was super helpful in helping me find a present for my sisters birthday.

I came here late August around noon and waited in line for 3 hours, which I never imagined could be the case. Their line could ve moved a lot more efficiently had they let the same amount of people in as were coming out in order to maintain a constant flow of people. Instead what I noticed is that they were sort of letting people in in batches; while I m not sure that was on purpose (they didn t have someone constantly monitoring the entrance), it certainly increased the amount of time that it took to wait in line. They also had a 15 minute time limit at the time, which did not make waiting any less long. At the Montreal location, they did have someone at the door letting people in as a group came out, and as a result I only waited about 50 minutes which was nice in comparison - AND, they didn t have a time limit. Anyway, when I got inside the Toronto location, the staff were very kind so that was the silver lining to having waited in the heat for so long. As far as the selection and pricing, I was quite pleased and had a hard time choosing what I wanted. It s certainly cheaper than buying secondhand as price gougers are going to town with their markups.

The Asian girl was really sweet and helpful:) Also, bring water and snacks with you and be ready to wait for 2hrs min to get in the store:(...

Cute store, my teenager likes it quite a bit when we go downtown. She likes the selection there, nice clothes, she thinks twice about some of the prices though.

Amazing store, overpriced a bit but quality is better than any forever 21 copycat fashion you will find there.I recommend it

I like this store, but it's always the same stuff. They need a better buyer or designer for their items.

As much as I appreciate their taking safety measures at this special time, it is super inefficient and poor management given the long lines outside the store with people waiting for hours to get in. Among all these staff in the store, there was no one with a clear task to check on the line and make sure with each person coming out of the store, a new person gets in. Please be mindful that no one s time is to be wasted. Just as those waiting outside tried our best to understand the work going on in the store, please also try to understand how we feel when we lined up for hours, watching people come out of the store while no staff invited new people into the store. Mutual understanding and respect is needed. Thanks.

Poor customer service, below mediocre quality. Longest line, 15 at a time in yet that includes # of employees. Poorly monitored line. People coming out yet it takes forever for them to let next in line in. They need to go to an online presence. It s pretty junky but my daughter loves it. Can t wait until we are out of this phase.

There was a long line to get into the store to shop due to Covid-19 limit but it moved up often & staff here is amazing. Best staff I experienced at all brandy locations I have gone to.
