We couldn t be happier with our experience with Jill and her staff! My daughter loved her senior photo session with Jill. All the little details from the welcome sign at the door to the special treat in the dressing room for my daughter made the whole session feel special and personalized. Jill made my daughter feel very comfortable and at ease during her photo shoot. The time and care Jill puts into getting just the right shots was appreciated. We had so many proofs to pick from and they were all soooo good! We had a hard time narrowing them down. Jill was patient and took her time letting us pick and choose and make our final decisions. The finished products are gorgeous. High quality beautiful prints and frames. We are beyond happy we choose Jill to capture our daughters senior year.

Portraits are beautiful, but way out of my price range.
My son got his photos taken with Santa and Mrs. Claus. The experience was great(thanks to Santa and Mrs I hope you got all of our non-refundable deposit) until a week later when I got a call from my wife upset with the options for purchase. Including deposit cost it started at $250(for just like 20 Christmas cards) and went all the way up to $1300. With ZERO digital rights options. Had we been told about the ridiculous pricing and options to begin with we would have never gone with this photographer. It's really upsetting to know we will never get to see the photos come to life. Not to mention how the whole session was widdled down to just 3 we liked and could purchase. Some photos had reflection and blurr. Don't let them hold your photos for ransom. Merry Christmas. Edit: updated from 1 to 2 stars due to getting the deposit you "forgot" to intially refund. As discussed over the phone you did not mention any purchase options or prices in person or over the phone. Insisting you did so doesn't fix your mistake. However you did say we would be shown our options of purchase after the photos were taken. Which never happened. Other than that , Show some compassion and sympathy for your customers rather than trying to push a sale or excuse a mistake.
Left crying after she showed me tons of pictures of my baby. Then showed me the prices.... 150 for 3 pics... No digtal rights... $100 deposit was non refundable. Talk about prices before photos instead of avoiding it. So heart broken ill never see these photos of my baby again. Please delete them from your files and do not use them for ads. Very unprofessional. Kept trying to sell them to me as i was crying. No apologies nothing.
When you come from a photography and fine arts background it is very hard to find a good photographer that you approve of. I have had the pleasure of seeing Jill's work over the years on a professional level and finally got to hire her to take my son's senior photos. You get what you pay for with photography! It is a dying art and most think you can just point and shoot with the cameras these days. Most don't realize how much goes in to an amazing portrait. Jill's work is both breathtaking and beautiful. Her eye for lighting is impeccable. She made my son (who can be quite awkward) feel completely at ease. These pictures will be true treasures and I thank Jill for capturing them!
We have had our family pictures taken by Jill for years. She s creative and easy to work with. The quality of her work is phenomenal. I highly recommend Jill if your looking for the best.
