Couldn't help had to go to a place with real car experience

Website needs to be updated starting that you are closed on Sundays. Drove some miles to find out they are closed on Sundays

Went to purchase bearings for a utility trailer. The clerk had a nasty attitude with me and it was apparent he didn't want to deal with it. Finally got the parts and when I got home found a couple of the parts were incorrect. Returned to get the proper parts and the same clerk gets even nastier. I said fine just refund the parts back to my credit card which he did. When I asked if that's the way he treats all his customers his response was "we're done here ,end of story". Totally unsatisfactory experience and won't be back.

Thought for sure I needed a new car battery. The 2 gentleman that were working gladly cane out and check it for me. Needless to say and to my surprise I did not. J had woken up this morning early for a surprising new beginning in my life. The baptism of me at Crossroads Oakley.

Great service and they seem to always have the parts I need.

Best place there is! Friendly staff day service and a great stock of parts. After calling multiple other part sellers and getting given broken parts KOI came through. They were the only store to have the radiator in stock. I spent 3 days trying to find the radiator but now I know to check here first.

I only give these guys 4 stars because every single one of their counter guys always seems like it's a pain in his butt to have to help you.

They have everything. And their new location is far nicer than the old place they had on 4th Street. Fair prices, every part I've ever needed and descent hours. Will come back again to put up with the front counter attitude the next time I need something.

Best place I've ever went to go buy parts for my cars. And they didn't pay me to say that. Great people but more importantly they sell Quality Parts.

Tried to return part with receipt store refused return. I will never be back to this store.

I want to thank Ben in particular for his outstanding willingness recently to help in a return on a part. He was very customer oriented and worked to resolve the return. He was very fair and it was appreciated. He has my business in the future.
