I absolutely love this place, it is a dream.

I had the English tea which was simply delicious. I ordered the ham and brie sandwich, tasted great too.

The service was amazing and I felt like royalty

Cant wait to go back and sip on some more tea

I came here with my parents on a Saturday afternoon to enjoy lunch and some tea. The entry way is beautiful with plants in the alley and the interior is definitely like and old English house. The decorations are very florally with frills and is very cute. The servers were quick to seat us and then provide any input on foods as well as teas.
The menu was pretty big and had a lot of options. The tea sandwiches were tasty as well as the salad. The pots of tea were also flavorful.
Is say it was a bit pricey for what you get which is why I put 4 stars but definitely worth seeing, especially if you've never had an afternoon tea.

We enjoyed lovely peach mango tea as we relaxed at a little outdoor table for two. The plate of finger sandwiches and a cinnamon scone were very tasty. Looking at beautiful flowers and landscaping completed our afternoon stop.

Incredibly quaint with an excellent menu. The only real English 'High Tea' experience I've had was at The Ritz in London in 1998, so it's been a while, but the experience stuck with me. Thus is an incredibly close experience. The sandwich plates are great for a lunch, for too much food for an afternoon tea time. But the egg salad sandwich and the honey turkey sandwich were both excellent. The side salads were great. They also came with what seemed to be Ruffles chips. I could have done without them, but my 10 year old was happy. The sale dressing is unique, almost a creamy Italian with a more subtle flavor, and was perfect for the fresh side salad.

The table is set with a full place setting, including dessert fork and bread knife.

Their tea menu includes abput 30 teas, all of which are available to purchase in the connected gift area. I had the Buccaneer, which was strong on chocolate flavors, and walked out with sachets of that and the peach brandy tea.

This just felt like a quaint, English B&B with all kinds of affordable meal options. Our waitress was excellent, coming as needed and giving us a lot of space to just sit and sip.

I can't wait to bring the rest of the family back.

Very cute tea room! Went with my family and we really enjoyed the atmosphere and tea experience. It was a bit expensive and we did ask for some things that we didn't receive (weren't charged for them). I would recommend this place, but keep price in mind. If you're looking for something cheap, then look elsewhere. Staff was very friendly and polite, too!

We made a reservation for 12 and the manager put us in 2 tables. When we ask why he was short and rude and aswer, this is what we have. It didn't look hard to just place the tables together but it seemed it was to much work for them. No customer service at all from the manager or the waitress.

I think they have the rite idea, but unimpressed with the food!!!! Seemed like Wonderbread with "Oscar Myer meat... Yuck! For heavens sake at minimum make your own bread and provide quality content. Was a bit pissed about my bill because of what I did not eat. I was completely insulted by the food put before me.

A good tea room can be hard to find. My family loves Brambles. We had tea on Christmas Eve last year and plan to continue that tradition from now on. The men enjoyed tea as much as the women. I love the Bramble's afternoon tea, but there is something for everyone on the menu. We don't only go at Christmas, of course. Now that I've moved here, I plan to go often. The people are lovely, the tea room is quaint, the tea (and other beverages) and food are wonderful. I hope they are in business forever. This is a great place to celebrate anything. Naples without this tea room just wouldn't be quite right.

A little bit of England in Florida. It is actually more English than many of the Tea rooms at home but it did remind me of the serenity and sound of polite chatting in Betty s Yorkshire Tea rooms .We all need a bit of a calm harbour in our somewhat stormy life s and this is just the place even if it is more English than England

Sweet place! Wonderful tea accoutrements in the gift shop. Tea was good, not classic chai but flavorful. Tuna salad was long on mayo and short on tuna but complemented my Caesar salad. Bread pudding, made with scones, was delicious. Jasmine, our server. was attentive and friendly.

We have passed by this tea room numerous times and have always wanted to to check it out. We finally dropped in for Afternoon Tea with our friends. When we entered the tea room, we were greeted by a lovely decor of beautifully set tables with china tea cups and flowers. The atmosphere was relaxed, yet intimate. You felt welcome. We tried many different things on the menu. We enjoyed the Ploughman's Platter, the Shrimp Davina could have used a little less mayo, but otherwise delicious, the scones were large and definitely better with the jam and clotted cream! The service was attentive. We had a lovely time: good food, good conversation with good friends. We will definitely be back.

Amazing place! I honestly felt I was somewhere in England during the 1800 period. A perfect place to take your girlfriends for an outing or as they say "Afternoon Tea". The staff are all dressed up as maids and are so respectful and sweet. Definitely would drive all the way from where I live to come back and visit this place.

A truly unique restaurant in downtown Naples that offers more than a cup of tea. A great place to meet a friend over a cup of tea and catch up on business. Nicely decorated with appropriate patterned wallpaper to give you the feel of being in the UK, delicate China cups, plates and silverware support that English feel. The Tea Room does a nice job on sandwiches, salads, and soup. In season they get busy in the morning and lunch time, if you are visiting Naples a great place to check out.

If lord Byron was visiting Naples this is where you
would find him. Excellent selection of teas with a mouth watering array of fresh baked pastries. The adjacent gift shop is a tea lovers treasure trove all overseen seen by the friendly and efficient help.

So very happy we made the time to visit Brambles! Staff and owner were very friendly and the tea room is really lovely. You can tell there has been a lot of care put into maintaining the place and keeping it beautiful. My sister and I ordered the Blue Lady specialty tea, loved the light floral taste with heavier coconut overtones! We only came for late afternoon tea, but will be back again for desserts another day. A perfect spot for a quiet afternoon.

Had a very good time here. Big selection of teas to cover off any tastes. Traditional English clotted cream scones with amazing finger sandwiches and desserts.

Highly recommend coming here. In addition to afternoon tea there are also traditional meals like Shepard s Pie and Cornish Pasties.

There is also a selection items to purchase like traditional English tea cosies, assorted teas and a few other items right from England.

I do like a nice tea house for a high tea. the High tea here was the best i have had in Florida, from the simple finger sadwiches with tasty ingredients, to the little deserts on the top tray which were delightful. The tea i selected was also very good.

The experience was great and definitely worth trying out, real tea sets for everyone and an adorable and classy menu setup to make it seem like a real British tea time! The croissant sandwiches are delicious and the desserts are a must. I recommend the chocolate mousse dome. Excellent tea menu as well and some interesting new finds for tea lovers and amateurs alike. Everyone is very friendly however the reason for 4 and not 5 stars is from the slow service with only one waitress serving that day. But the relaxed atmosphere and serene sipping of tea from the fancy tea sets made the time go by all the same.

Unfortunately, the dessert left much to be desired. I've been to Wisteria in downtown Fort Myers and their dessert was five star. Everything else was fine, but skip serving the frozen section's eclairs and mini lemon/lime pies as a dessert.
